I got to say so far I am very interested like I was with Pokemon Origins... I'm gonna honest it really does feel like that is the same team that worked on Origins and XY and XYZ Anime.

Well, they teased everyone with the date, the dance and the league, but Greninja lost and it's special bond with Ash doesn't look THAT special anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if Serena tries to confess and something interrupts her. I doubt they dare to show a rejection or an official couple, since she will stay in Kalos.

That's what I felt too actually.

The way how episode 1 and 2 were, it felt like small pieces of a movie. Which I wanna say I'm curious how the rest of its gonna be.

They have been building  up since season 1 of this series, nothing happen just teasing.

Oh I know I was just answering your question about Origins and Generations.

Origins is 4 episode Mini series focuses on Red's journey.

Generations is suppose to be about what happens after origins as well as focusing on characters from other regions mainly from the games.

I'm gonna rewatch Orgins just to get a little refresher, but The quality and writing reminded me a lot of XY since it was the same team and writers behind that handled the XY and XYZ anime.

But I will say based on the two episodes of Generations it's feels like parts of a movie.

Looks like won't be GYM that shorts the time will like the OI and BF. Unfortunately for the fans hardcore I believe this arc will be a big commercial.

True though I felt like Orange Islands and Battle Frontier had more substance behind even though they lasted a season.

I can say the same thing too for Sun and Moon! So it being a big advertisement.
