Not for me her hair shape changed while she remained static for that scene just compare it with the above picture also look at Naruto's hand when he gives Sakura the nice guy pose its so short and seems out of place .

 

You're not the only one who thinks the art in this chapter was bad.

Thank god for that bc it really is visually so many things seemed out of place .

Looks like Kishi was also bored with this fight.So he didn't draw well...

I find it to be good. I think those double pages and all those rocks took a lot of him. Plus if mistake, Sasuke having rinnengan pretty much show you his condition on the drawing.

Man, what a slow day today is. I guess I should start planning on what to do for my Labor Day weekend.

Who said we're not relieved?
Our complain is that Kaguya was ridiculous, there was no reason for this fight to even had begun.
And that's bad writing.

I can see three possibilities:

(1) Force Naruto and Sasuke to work together so to establish Redemption© later on, especially when trying to justify his return.

(2) Give Obito Redemption.

(3) Bail himself out of the hole he put himself into with Madara.

What about stopping ranting bullsh** and read the posts, we're talking about quality, inst about wanting something, Kaguya lost without even using her powers and didnt had personality or a background, Madara was replaced with a dummy and that sucks.

Her and Black Zetsu are shells of characters. Pretty sad when they got billed as the Source of Everything. I cannot think of any other character who ate up that much space who also got that little development. I don't like either character, but they should get better treatment than NaruSasu relationship fodder.
 

What was the purpose of this battle?
I think i cant even call that a fight since most panels were conversations between team 7 and Obito.

I think it was mostly the set up for Redemption and Return of Sasuke.
 

Kishi shows us her using none of this. Instead he has her playing hide and seek with Naruto for most of the fight. Its show, not tell Kishi. What was the point in giving all these abilities and not use them to make an entertaining fight?

Here is another problem. The way she was seemly(might get trolled the next chapter) defeated.

I know kishi wants to develop Team 7's teamwork but illogically nerfing their enemies for it to work is just bad writing, imo. He could have done this with Madara whom I'm sure is going die due to having the Gedo and tailed beast removed from him. So we didn't Madara nor Kaguya fight at full power, that's insane! Kishi is just a lazy troll and has surpassed Kubo in trolling!

Madara has to die for the same reason Obito does. But probably not before Redemption.

Anyway, it was a nice touch for a dead guy to come into the land of the living and temporarily summon a bunch of other dead guys who haven't ever mattered to this story to save the heroes from getting trapped because the author wandered into a hole again.

Sorry, Neji. You just weren't the right type of side character.

Bottom right Sakura's hair is really badly drawn it a mess just look at those lines  the art really sucks in this chapter .

To me it seems very much of  see the line in the middle of her bangs that's not supposed to be there just compare it with the above image of her and the side bangs looks of to me to .

You know, thinking about it now, I like the way Kaguya ended. I was guessing it would be a long convoluted plan that would have made no sense and the timing would be so radical that the idea of the plan working with such timing would be extremely weird. I am happy it just ended with Team 7 sealing them. Simple, clean, and to the point.

Also, what is up with people screaming "moment" whenever someone calls someone's name?

"Sakura screamed "Sasuke-kun." That is a moment."

If that is a moment, then NS had several of those scenes in the past three chapters.

I agree. I don't mean to complain about the little things, but I've noticed this chapter's art is vastly different in terms of quality and a little bit in style.
