I'm almost certain everything Kishi writes serves a purpose of sort, so it's basically just us over-reacting most of the time when things don't go the way we feel they should. He normally always explains the confusing things eventually.

(Disclaimer: In my rant below I talk collectively and sort of using 'we' speak. I just want to say now that am NOT claiming to speak for everyone of you. This is mainly the impression I have got after lurking this forum for a while. Very sorry if it seems like I'm being your mouthpiece and you disagree with me.)

Well, it's like what people have argued. This isn't the time for a NS moment in the middle of the war. Same thing with NH above. So we have to wait and see if it going to mean something down the road.

And how does 628 undo 615?? all we have is Sakura worrying about Naruto in her head and Naruto doesn't even know that.

He's gonna know and that's the point. It can be argued that 628 undos 615 because once again Hinata is back with the others and gets no special treatment or thoughts. What it 'undos' is the notion that Hinata was supposedly going to become more important than she was before.

I was mostly talking about the concern both of the girls had in separate situations, not the situation surrounding it. While yes, the argument you stated is valid, but the reason I brought that up is; why do we dismiss Hinata's concern while we celebrate Sakura's?? doesn't that seem like a double standard?? shouldn't we actually appreciate Hinata's concern just as much as we appreciate Sakura's?? let's switch things, if it was Sakura worrying about him at that time, would we not celebrate it as well??

As for the bolded, it's nice that Sakura is in sync with Kurama's thoughts, but it's not a two-way interaction, so I won't count it as a NS moment.

uh...no? You are seeing a problem where there is not. Hinata's concern is argued to only be shown when it's not needed(like against Obito) or did nothing good for anyone(like in Pain where her concern COULD'VE gotten Naruto some help but it didn't). Sakura's concern on the other hand is argued to be valid(like for the Akatsuki or now with the chakra).

Hinata isn't getting hated for being concerned about Naruto. She's getting criticize for not knowing Naruto well enough to know when it is appropriate to be worried for him, and how to think rationally and smart when she is.

But I do want start a little discussion in the debate thread after I type this (I actually do have a question for you all about this).

I too, believe Kishi would be a lame-ass author if he doesn't do so and so, but does Kishi know that?? for instance, if NH happens, and we all complain about it, would Kishi actually know that?? NO. So ATTENTION if you want to know what the ANTI-NS camp thinks of you guys, then PLEASE keep reading!

Speaking as someone who used to be a part of it, it mainly breaks down into 3 groups.

1st Group: They don't care at all about what you say and I mean that in a bad way. They don't care about your arguments and they don't care about your logic. They also don't care if you create a thread dedicated to NaruHina/SasuSaku and they don't care if every single one of you puts in your signatures 'friendly reminder that NH/SS has an equal chance of becoming canon'. They. Don't. Care. To them, the fact that you all think NaruSaku has a chance at becoming canon is all they need to know before they brush off everything you say.

They do lurk here. And I can tell you that they will most likely cut and paste your arguments and laugh at them with their buddies. But you know what? Even if you give them nothing to work with they'll just go to another pro-NaruSaku place and lump you with them. And if THAT doesn't give them anything they'll make something up(literally like, they'll read a chapter, see NS, and then go immediately to an anti-NS place and say 'lol guess what the proNS fans are arguing now?'). You saw with that Heaven and Earth cause chaos thing that they will twist things and pull them right out of their asses if it helps them.

Literally nothing you say matters to them because no matter what they are going to call you arrogant for even believing NaruSaku has a chance. You could tell them 100 times that Sakura is not abusive towards Naruto and back it up with facts and they will STILL go around and say they hate NS because Sakura ia an abusive harpy. I'm assuming this is the group you guys are talking about when you speak about getting hated or bashed or whatever. They call you names like the zombie or the idiots or whatever.

* They also really do love it when they see you panicking and being in the red/yellow zone. And Codus you are their lapdog. Seriously they love you because you do their work and they don't have to lift a finger. I was reading this forum in public and an NH fan was leaning over my shoulder reading with me and she literally said about you "at least one of them gets it. Hopefully he convinces the others so they can all join the 'right' side."(I kid you not.)

So I have to agree with MangaReader in that it is less Kishimoto's writing and more you guys letting your doubts/fears get to your heads(sorry if that offends anyone).

As for why they feel this way(like they feel NS truly is a threat and don't want to believe it)? That changes from person to person and so I won't go into that. But I'm sure you guys understand that you shouldn't care at all what they think(especially since most of the people here aren't NEARLY as disrespectful as them. You guys haven't come up with a derogatory term for the fandom as a whole so please pat yourselves on the back for that ).

2nd Group: This group most of the time doesn't care what you think but in a good way. They feel as long as you don't bash them and keep discussion appropriate, you are good, respectful NS fans. They pretty much see you as fans and understand it's normal to have confidence in your pairing's chances(just as they have confidence in their pairing).

I'm pretty sure that 98% percent of the time they only hate NS because of a bad debate partner and like you guys, if they collectively refer to NS fans as arrogant they are only talking about the arrogant ones they've encountered or that their friends encountered and in their minds make exceptions for the nice NS fans. In fact when it comes to debate, it really varies from person to person, but if you are respectful and treat what they say seriously they will be respectful and treat what you say seriously too. And hey you could become friends with these guys too.

Basically, if you say what you want and leave them alone they have no issues with you at all.

3rd Group: I think many of you can relate to this one. This is the group that is okay, neutral, or even support NS, but they just like another pairing a bit more. They prefer NaruHina, SasuSaku, LeeSaku, KyuuNaru, NaruSasu, whatever to happen, but they read NS fanfics, enjoy the fanart, and write/read pro-essays for them(even if they are platonic in nature. This is how you can tell who truly thinks Naruto and Sakura have a sibling relationship and who says they do because it's convenient).

I think some of you tolerate other Naruto pairings like NaruHina or NaruIno or LeeSaku but want NaruSaku to happen right? Or you have RL friends who like NaruSaku or tolerate it because you do, but prefer another Naruto pairing to happen. TRUST ME when I see these guys won't see you as arrogant for saying 'I think this is very likely to happen'. Even if they don't agree all the time they won't dare bash you or think less of you for speculating.

And there you have it! A general, in-your-face summary of the opposing fandom. Only ONE part of it thinks badly of you guys and it's just a bunch of people you should ignore anyway. Most of the sane ones just don't care and probably don't think of how you see them nearly as much as you think of how they see you. So reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaxxxxxxxxx.

I swear to you not every antiNS fan is out to get you. Really.(and Codus spreading propaganda like that/projecting your insecurities onto others is not cool).

So, let's leave the man alone, let him do what he wants, and if NS doesn't happen, so be it.

Finally, I am a Naruto fan before a NS fan. I put reading the manga as a whole as opposed to reading it from a pairing perspective. 'Cause honestly, if I was somebody new to the manga and read Vol.64, I would actually think NH is canon. And then if I were shown Slex's compilation of NS moments, I would most certainly be confused as hell because I wouldn't get which pairing is canon, but the bottom point I can be sure of is that both NS and NH have equal chances of happening.

I honestly don't know how to believe this. From what I've seen you constantly portray Naruto in a negative light compared to other manga, CONSTANTLY say you are done with Naruto or have lost interest or dropped the manga, insult Kishimoto himself in 4 out of the 5 posts you make... and yet you keep coming back to discuss it. It's like you follow an American football team for a while and then it starts to do poorly and shows no signs of getting better and instead of just changing the channel and watching another team you constantly go on that team's forum and bash the crap outta it(after FIRST claiming you are done watching them play...but you will still tune in).

Your opinion is your opinion. That's fine. And there's no rule saying you can't post here. But I just don't understand WHY you have this need to have everyone think the way you do(I THINK we've started to understand what you are saying the first couple of times you started speaking. And I can't speak for everyone here but for me you kill the mood of a thread. It happened in this very thread actually. People were talking and sharing ideas and everything was good and then you posted and everything came to a screeching halt. You. KILLED the mood dude.

And for the record I can't take anything you say seriously because you can't come up with an argument for why things will never happen other than Kishimoto is a terrible writer(a subjective thing by the way.) This leads me to believe that the only reason you shoot down theories is because you believe anything that will take the manga in a good/better direction is unfeasible(what do you think of Chatte's well-thought out theories? Hearsay? Too optimistic? Do note I don't care what you think but seriously. She makes excellent points and points out funny coincidences and from what I get you want her and others to stop because they sound 'arrogant' to you). If you noticed that this is something that happens often then MAYBE just MAYBE you should take the time to look at what you are saying. You may believe you are doing a good thing and trying to keep people thinking 'realistically' but what it comes across as is something completely different. I think everyone here is old enough and smart enough to understand how things work and if they get disappointed then why not cheer them up instead of going 'SEE! First bolded: It's not about "crushing" so to speak, it's about telling people to be more open to opposing ideas because at the very least if things happen that way, people would get why things happened the way they did. It may not be satisfactory to some people but it would at least help make sense of what happened. So uh.... I planned to quote a few things in the previous post, but I'll take my time with it, since I have other plans.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure that this thread will explode (and in the worst, close down for a while), so before that happens, I want to make a request.

Lately, it seems that these debates have been heating up to the point of people getting banned and members insulting each other. To be honest, not only has this discouraged other members from visiting the forums, but has also promoted division and chaos between people who are happy with a chapter and people who are sad with the same chapter.

My request is the following: If its not too much to ask, I would like to make an open call to the members on this forum. PM me with the issues which you feel are bothering you or the things that are making you feel concerned. I also want to request authorization from the mods to start a thread in the future addressing the problems concerning the community here in Heaven and Earth. I'm sure admins and mods also have a busy life, thus they are not present to monitor Heaven and Earth 24/7; which is why I keep in mind that we as a community should also help them if we can. So to both the community and the admins/mods, please, I ask for your help. I want to make a thread to help us promote unity and peace in the forums... and yes, the hostile environment has discouraged me too from visiting the forums as often as before.

So please, feel free to PM me with the issues you feel are concerning you. I'll do my best to gather as much information as possible and talk to the admins and mods (along with making a thread) about these issues. I feel like we can't let this go on any longer, but I can't do it alone.

Sticking to the thread a bit: I have to agree with Mangareader. As I have mentioned to some of my friends... we don't have the full volume yet, so we don't know what Kishi intends to do with the contents that have left questions in this last chapter. The best is to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Gotta say, that's pretty refreshing (and somewhat cathartic) to read that 'monster' of a post, mostly because of how candid it is.

Gotta say, that's pretty refreshing (and somewhat cathartic) to read that 'monster' of a post, mostly because of how candid it is.

Being a member of this forum since it's early years... it's painful to watch the overzealous overreaction that's been happening lately....



Anyway, while I doubt it'll happen, I still wished 2 or three members of the 11 would also die either during the battles or after. Watching how Naruto deals with it is something I'd find interesting. The bitter reality of war and all that Gundam stuff.... Of course, this is a more optimistic series, anyway, even though it does delve into the effects of war on a person's mental health.

LMAO!!!! I would die! XD My laughter would overcome my sadness that Sakura has become a RABID fangirl again!

I would likely drop the manga also. My favorite character would of become ridiculously bad, and I wouldn't care what Kishi did with his story afterwards.
