Well the rest of Hinata's team after her, kiba and shino, then team 10, then team 7 + kages etc etc. It is a bit wierd how Hinata shows up first...

Okay fine but this can't go against us either because it's only a video game. Need I remind you these guys are the ones who called Naruto and Hinata "secret lovers"? so whatever we get holds no merit for debate. Yes this applies to Sakura as well but we're well off even without it in terms of evidence

People go insane over the smallest things in this game calling it evidence, again its a game which holds nothing canon related past that diverting point in the first playthrough, even then Sakura is still given more attention in the canon portion of this game. Also there is an ulimate fanservice in this game, something both NaruHina and NaruSaku (epscially NaruSaku fans) will enjoy. They don't even conflict. This is at the bottom of the post and its a Spoiler Warning. The next paragraph is not the spoiler, its just for insight on this dissuccsion, the spoiler is at the far bottom. Do no quote this post for those who want to see things for themseleves, just a fair warning

Now if there is anything that does make more sense though, almost any event with Sakura in this game shows her caring for Naruto (as long as you actually help her too). Hinata events just end up being more of well, the standard interaction between them and her smiling or thinking to herself (Though you can crush her spirit in the request called a madiens battle). Even then with her being first in the secret factor for the final boss, so what? Its just there, I mean does this also significy Naruto as seeing Shino (who he forgets constantly) and Kiba (who he argues with a lot) as more important than others like Kakashi, Bee, and Tsunade? No, see the logic there, thats just dumb. Even then what Hinata says there is ironically her only technical line in the whole first playthough, she is as I said literally in the background, Sakura at least plays an integrated role and can play as her 3 times in the campaign events, even at least in one boss battle. Hinata is not even in the ninja world timeline from what I have seen so far, thats the difference so no need to freak out over her one prescene beig first in a secret factor.

Anyways this is it, remember those legend and hero points? How when you level them up you gain access to better gear and can equip more of the same items? Well those aparently have a meaning for more than just leveling up to get too better weapons. Both max out at level 5 but both come with a special mission, each involving a major person. You can gain access to both of them at anytime once you hit level 5 and your relation with the person is high enough. These missions are those who walk with legends and those who walk with heroes. The mission those who walk with legends is just Naruto and Hinata (Please don't freak out) Just because Hinata is on the legend side, it does not mean anything again. Not getting into the exact details but after I did it, its still the same stuff, Naruto and Hinata just talk, Hinata says she is inspired by Naruto, Naruto just gives her the same confidence boost, though she still mumbles and thinks about being with him someday, we have seen this again, and again, and again, in many other Naruto games when they interact, its nothing major, even for it being a special request its not so mind shattering. This needs to be done like all other requests though for the sake of completeion.

Now the moment we have been waiting for, the other one on the hero path, this request is those who walk with heroes can guess who is with Naruto on his mission? Sakura, yes the girl we like. I prefered the hero items because they had healing and explosive tags, though I fulfilled my legend first for the challenge. Again this means nothing for Sakura being in the easier route but this is where we have a very big difference between the other quest. Naruto and Hinata acted in the same way too each other as usual, but in his mission, Sakura acts very different towards Naruto, something she rarely does. Not going to spoil anything but this is the kind of effection she has shown Naruto when he is normally knocked out or not noticing, though this time he listens. All I can say is, this is most likely the way she acts towards him in Road to Ninja.


Above all do not take these as canon or offical, if anything CC2 just pulled ultimate fanservices to make us happy, for these fans considering Sakura is a main character and for some reason people still hold Hinata in high regard despite the fact she does little in the story. Remember, this is a game, its not canon and not valid of any arguements, its just there for the sake of it being there and to take a bit from the manga on Naruto's relationship with both girls. I still believe NaruSaku has a better chance of happening in the manga because of all the past development and how there are just so many logical reasons, speculations, and clues for Naruto still lovin Sakura beyond the fake confession, Sakura possibly turning away from Sasuke, Sakura's feelings for the both of them, her own full character development, and how any advancements this late for SasuSaku and NaruHina cannot occur without damaging the story structure and pacing, and at the same time would ultimately be both damaging, conradicting, and downgrading Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke all at once. Hinata would not be damaged, she would be given unnessessary development, rushed all at once and elevated with more importance in a place she does not belong.

@Inferno180 her attitude towards Naruto changed a lot we had only a teaser of it when they came back to the village that it's not a surprise, it's canon.

Even though its a game and i still consider the after missions non-canon, I still hope things go this way, I mean Sakura at least gave Naruto a gift in her special request, Hinata did not. Should we consider this a consolation prize?

I remember during the waterfall scene in the game Naruto metioned Sakura as one of the people he had when confronting his hatred. He said " I have Iruka-sensei, Sakura-chan, And everyone else."

That seems to be a common connection with everything from the beginning. Naruto was trying to gain his own headband, then he got Sasuke scratched headband to show how Sasuke left. Now imagine him getting Sakura's headband to represent how he has her always with him.

Stuff like that always happens in anime, a memento of something. Usually it's that which drives the character to get faith in overcoming a trial. Given the situations with sakura naruto always steps up his game. Basically anyone even gives her an attempt at harm, he gets all the rage of the 9 tails but with righteousness to protect her

Just thought about something. Where is Konohamaru? Not one storm game has had him in it. Why not? The special ending to the Naruto Shippuden 5 movie showed a nice number of cool moves by him.

I'm actually suprised he is not playable. Given the large roster a few characters have multiple slots.

Naruto has 4, normal, sage, 9tm, part 1. Each is different normal and 9tm mainly differ by awakening but still play similar but still in their own ways mainly by special.

Sakura has 2, normal and part 1. Both are different no problem.

Sasuke has 4, normal or shippuden start, take, ems, and part 1. Normal and part 1 are different but ems and taka are close cause of the Susanno.

Kakashi has 2, normal and young. Different no problem.

Obito has 4 shockingly, young obito, goofy Tobi, masked man, and war Tobi. They are actually all different.

Itachi has 2, normal and edo. They are somewhat similar, edo plays a lot like normal but takes a character slot rather than a simple costume change.

Nagato has 2. Pain and edo. Just like itachi but his edo is unique and separate from pain considering edo had all 6 path powers at once.

Hinata has 2, normal and part 1 both are different it's fine.

Lee has normal and part 1, very similar.

Neji has normal and part 1, very similar.

Gaara has 3 strangely. Kazakage rescue arc, 5 kage summit/war arc, and part 1. The shippuden ones are basically the same save for their specials and minor combos. Part 1 is different enough in that his awakening is partly tailed beast so it's the best we can get for playing as the one tail.

Bee has 2, normal and sharkskin (after kisame died). Sharkskin is more of a power character but plays too much like normal bee. It's mainly a change in combos and tilt moves.

Kabuto has normal and snake wizard lets call it. They are different but snake is like a combo of him normally and orochimaru.

This takes up 33 of the 80 character slots. 13 characters for 33 spaces. Some are fine like part 1 and 2 or normal and sage mode differences but some like sharkskin bee or part 2 arc gaara was not needed. I mean Kakashi has one slot but has 2 sets of specials which do make a difference not like others such as naruto normal who's special if you change it make no difference save for the visual effects. His 9 tails mode special character the tailed beast bomb and sage art rasengan do differ though. Some people have it set up like these. Others it's only visual difference. Normal and edo itachi are too close as the same sadly like bee. They have their own specials but make things hard to notice any real difference.

Honeslty, after reading some posts here about this game, especially the amount of BS they did for hinata (even though theres a good amount of ns in it), I ain't gon' buy it, I'm gonna wait for MGS revengence, FF versus, FF 13-3 and so much more, this game looks nice, but its got alotta hinata BS and I cant stand it.

I'd say it's not worth buying with all the games about to be release on spring, summer, fall and winter. In my case I only want Tales of Xillia which it will be release on summer. Also you should know versus's title has been changed to FFXV and it will be exclusively for the PS4.
