The talk at the end of the chapter consists in Sasuke saying he should die and gives his eyes to Kakashi to lift the jutsu while Naruto refuses ...
But Sasuke hasn't been convinced yet and Sakura and Kakashi should be on their way since now is the time Sakura woke up

This whole scenario is oddly reminiscent of A losing his arm, right down to the need for a medic to stem the flow of blood gushing out.
Arm loss
It so happens that Sasuke lost his arm as a result of Amaterasu also. Is this karma for his past actions?
