we haven't even seen the full extent of her new upgrade, and i don't think the vinsmoke will give anyone outside the family their weapons. also, their technology seems to revolve more around physical capabilities than voodoo weather magic anyway.

and in manga. also, you used a filler scene for comparison. i could just as easily counter that by bringing up the fact that sanji thinks nami's message to luffy at the end of strong world was a love letter. he didn't get angry. in fact, he was really calm about it. his heart isn't committed to nami, it's committed to beautiful women around the world.

that's still too soon for an upgrade. zoro's first upgrade sword came in chapter 97, his second upgrade came in chapter 448. nami's gonna be waiting for her next upgrade.

yeah in the future for sure, but there's a better chance of sanji receiving an armor upgrade on his legs. i would love to see that.

i want some serious character development from sanji this arc. i'm talking about the kind of development that would pin him against a woman for the sake of his nakama, where he actually hits a woman to help save his nakama. i think one of the worst things sanji has done was refusing to hit kalifa simply because she's a woman. robin was about to get executed, and yet he couldn't put aside his dumb chivalry pride for one second just to potentially save robin from being executed. to this day i still question his full commitment to the crew.

Why even bother calling Sanji and Nami a dead ship? It can't be dead because it was never alive (so to speak) in the first place.

I've got issues with Sanji's behavior as well, but come one, he was ready to throw away his life for Luffy. He's most definitely committed.

Anyway, can't wait to see Jinbe! Knew he was gonna be a part of this arc! And we're bound to get more LuNa as well, Nami scolding Luffy was funny as hell XD Can't wait for more!

It wasn't really much of a reveal, since pretty much everyone knew he would have something to do with this arc.
