I don't know, honestly. A volume that's supposed to fix the mistakes (lol sure Kishi. Keep lyin) and there's a mistake in the damned cover? The volume isn't even out yet. How the utter hell do you miss this? Then you see people excusing this kitten by saying "He's tired", "Give him a break", "Salty fans, stop pointing out the negatives".  The Naruto fandom is by far filled with the most idiots, sigh...

naruto easily has the worst fandom in all of anime.

That's the problem, something so broken and still exist and acts all mighty and powerful.

That's because they got what they wanted and what they wanted was for Hinata to get with Naruto, no matter the cost.

You know these past few days I've been thinking "If kishi was so burned out, why didn't he just take a break?" 

 

I know that it would have been problematic for a number of reasons. WSJ would probably hound him relentlessly to come back and make money for them, but I think we the fans would understand if it meant that we would get a better end product. 

 

Honestly, there's a million things that Kishi could have done to avoid this mess but it's like he purposefully chose the path of ultimate stupidity.

I like it. It reminds me of RTN and Minato's last stand when he put on the Hokage jacket. But I think the main reason why ppl dislike it is bc Naruto is a face. He is an idealistic hero and therefore should face the audience. Turning your back to the audience should be reserved for anti-heroes and villains.

The Naruto fandom is literally the worst group of fans that I've ever encountered, not just limited to manga fans. From sports, to music, tow whatever, Naruto literally has the worst fans. The fandom is filled with apologists, hypocrites, and people with no sense of accountability, that would rather see their pairing come true and have the story wrecked, than see an actual story. By far the worst group of fans ice ever encountered.

It's not bad. It's just terribly underwhelming, just like the ending.

Basically. The cover just feels something lost. It's the lack of expression. Lack of connection. Lack of impact. It's just there. I can't say it's the worst cover of all time, despite that error, but it just feel lost. That's what I got.

Tbh I don't have any problem with it.
For me the cover tell naruto become a seventh hokage while watching konoha. But it doesn't fit the content of volume 72, which is naruto vs sasuke.
The volume lead to chapter 700 instead.

I can't believe I hoped Naruto to have that level of an ending. How foolish of me...

Put it this way: in any other circumstance, it's ok. But for its end, it seems rather lackluster. It's like with Sasuke's speech. It's ok, but the fact it's the final speech, that's horrible. You get it.
