GOOOOOD Point But It's still not Easy to kill Someone even If you're DOING it out of love When Sakura made the Decision It was fo rNaruto's sake Because She loves him MORE! That's what I think

You do know she meant what she said about loving naruto right? The not caring for Sasuke part was a lie, but she is still fighting that. So just go look at the opening and ending and tell me if that looks like Sakura is growning love for Sasuke!

Sakura couldn't kill Sasuke because:

-Hesitation not to kill someone makes her human (Kishi has said that Sakura is his most realistic and human character).

-She has never taken a life before so it's not that easy for someone like her.

-She's a medic ninja which her main goal is healing others not taking other's life.

-She can't kill someone like Sasuke because he was her first crush, his her friend, teamamate, member of team seven, their teammate bond is very strong (and all those things all add up to the first reason above which she's human).

However she couldn't kill Sasuke because she loves him that's invalid when Kishi has shown it clearly that she has moved on from her crush on him dozens of times. This isn't Romeo and Juliet or Twilight or whatever it's a shounen manga written by one of the best mangakas today.

I should have made myself more clear. I never said that killing Sasuke was easy. Actually, I believe it's the opposite. It's hard for Sakura because, he used to be her teammate, she has never killed anybody before, and she's a medic who focuses on saving lives. In order to accomplish such a hard task one needs to have a good enough reasoning. For Sakura, her reasoning was her love for him(therefore wanting to save him from the darkness). What I want to say is that her reasoning was not enough to accomplish the task(her love was not enough). To me, saying that Sakura tried to kill Sasuke because she loves him but couldn't because she loves him sounds a bit of a double standard. It's like whatever choice Sakura makes people are going to say she loves him no matter what.

I would also like to add that Kishi likes to give a certain task/rule to a character of a pairing, and if that character will succeed he/she gains the girl/guy they want.
-Lee picking up all the fallen leaves to get Sakura. He couldn't pick one leaf.
-Jiraiya defeating Pein and coming back to Tsunade. He couldn't defeat him and therefore wasn't able to get together with her.
-Sakura keeping her hair long and killing Sasuke. She has her hair short and couldn't kill him. Chapter 540 confirmed that Sakura doesn't think of Sasuke as a great guy.
-Naruto bringing back Sasuke. This is still under the works.
Out of these I believe that Naruto is the one who can complete his task, and therefore gain Sakura in the end. In other words, I'm sorry to people who hate Sasuke but I believe without Sasuke's return there is no NaruSaku. Mainly for two reasons. Firstly, Naruto will not think of himself worthy for Sakura's attention. Secondly, the issue of Naruto strongly believing that Sakura is still madly in love with Sasuke would not be resolved otherwise.

Bolded = Self explanatory. The fact that it was Sai who said that, not Sakura, it doesn't alone confirm that Sakura still loves Sasuke. Sure, it may show possibilities that she might have lingering feelings for him, but like I said before, that alone doesn't confirm that she definitely loves him. This is an opinion or "observation" coming from Sai, a third party, not Sakura herself. If there was a flashback of Sakura telling Sai this, like there was one during Naruto's indirect confession, then fair enough, but there wasn't. This is something a LOT of fans tend to overlook.


That's one thing that really gets to me. A lot of fans say that Sakura wanted to kill Sasuke because she loves him. Then, they say that she couldn't bring herself to kill Sasuke because she loves him. Seriously, this has me going "What the hell? Make up your freaking minds." It's either you want to kill someone because you do love them and can't kill them because you don't love them, or you want to kill someone because you don't love them and can't kill them because you do love them. It can't be both. It just doesn't work that way and some fans need to understand this.


Another thing that fans of the opposition tend to overlook. Everyone thinks that Sakura manipulated Naruto, which is true, however you just said it yourself, Phantom-san. It wasn't for her own benefit, it was for Naruto's. The purpose of the confession, other than Sakura telling her feelings of course, was to let Naruto go of his promise to her.

Oh I know Sakura isn't romantically interested in Sasuke anymore I'm saying that you can't stop loving someone when you've made a bond with them Sakura may still love Sasuke albeit in a concerned friendly way but She LOVES Naruto romantically because I am a FIRM NS fan through and through, but I admit I get emotionally unstable when I see SS or NH references because they don't make sense to me and the personality compatibility is AWFUL for both of those pairings IMO

topic: Do you think Kishi will show a flashback where Naruto and Hinata talk over Hinata's confession, if yes, then tell me what you think they will say and when Kishi will show the flashback.

Well, if Kishi shows a flashback about Naruto and Hinata talking about her confession, I probably think that he would go to the direction of letting her down slowly, gently, and in a tasteful manner and as for when this would happen, I would have say like around three or four chapters, but who knows? Maybe Kishi might not do this at all. But he might have to pull the hammer on letting down the naruhina fans eventually or not and just keep milking it until the end of time.

I just went to YT and it's the same war over the pairings as always. What I seen in those debates is that they are trying to make the Minato/Kushina pairing into a paralel of NH.

Yep I'm not kidding I wish I did, they are so desperate that they are saying Kushina is like Hinata or she's like Minato. They are trying to make that pairing like it supports NH basis. This is truly sad for me I just can't believe they would do that, we know Kishi loves making paralels and anyone can tell Minato/Kushina is NS, they even argue that violent temper and hyperactive character don't go well.

Naruto is hyperactive and loud like Kushina so Naruto must be with a character who is the opposite (yep opposites attract is once again the argument they are trying to make their pairing valid). They keep forgetting Kushina's words about finding a woman like his mother (yet they still think the weird girl is Sakura because of her pink hair and having inner Sakura )

I don't really know, maybe if you search naruhina on google you could find something like this place. I don't have much of a problem with SS and NH, but if Kishi was going somewhere meaningful on it in the later stages of the manga that does not portray the pairing as either negative or pointless, then I would have accepted that but that is not the case, fortunately.

And Graven, youtube is always filled with very arguing people, best to ignore them.
