Goku married Chi Chi when he was 18, Yusuke (Yu Yu Hakusho) married Keiko as soon as they entered high school, Kazuki married Tokiko (Busou Renkin) Ed married Winry when they were still were in their teens, Boa Hancock wanted to marry Luffy despite the fact that he was 17

 

Those are off the top of my head.

 

Well, DragonBall takes place in a different setting- a more mythic one- so it's a different case, altogether. I suppose the same can be said of "One Piece."

 

Wait, Edward and Winry married in their teens? Didn't Ed simply propose to her at 18, which was followed by their marriage years later? It seems that Ed was gone for a while, before he returned to Risembool, and I don't think they immediately wed, on top of all that.

 

Remember, setting also plays a major role. Kishi clearly is writing all of these milestones with contemporary Japanese culture in mind- hence, the comment about waiting until being 20-years-old to consume alcohol. While it might not 100% fit what we would expect of a world like Naruto's, which involves villages and ninjas, it seems that he's applying current cultural norms in developing his world.

Yeah, I unfortunately haven't read "Yu Yu Hakusho," either, although I'd love to. If my knowledge of the plot serves me, however, Yusuke is 18- a high school graduate, too, I guess?- by the end of the series, which is, I believe, when his relationship with Keiko becomes canon. Is there legitimately a wedding or a hint thereof, though?

Sasuke living in Konoha...as a normal citizen without any reprisals for his many crimes when he was a fugitive and affiliate of Akatsuki?

I guess it was just empty words from people whose attitudes amount to diddly-squat next to the idea that circumventing any measure of responsibility or punishment is part of the redemptive process. Not only that, but there's apparently speculation centring around the idea of Taka living in Konoha with Sasuke. How? They're foreign nationals who were kidnapped and experimented on by Orochimaru. At least one of them is guilty of aiding Orochimaru in his crimes by upholding his illegal captivity of innocent people while the others are guilty of having connections to known terrorists, murder, attempted kidnapping, and ect. 
 
Juugo and Suigetsu are mentally deranged (Karin sometimes thinks and acts in a dysfunctional manner as well). One is prone to maniacal outbursts of violence while the other is a self-confessed partaker in physically hurting others for his own amusement. Remember what Kisame said about his tendency to mutilate and behead people?

 You couldn't trust either of these men in a society like Konoha. And you heard what Juugo said. His loyalties are with Sasuke. He's not fighting for Konoha's benefit or its protection. The fact that he's working to help preserve it is just a fortunate byproduct of helping Sasuke. As for Suigetsu, he's a loose cannon with self-serving interests in acquiring the 7 swords of the Mist and creating a new generation of swordsmen under his rule (neither are actions befitting or custom to Konoha). The only reason they, or Karin, would have for remaining in the village is to remain close by Sasuke's side, that's it.

Kishi's not gonna kill Tsunade, he had way too many chances to do that both before and during the war.

Okay, so I've done a cursory look into marriage customs in Japan. What I've gleaned from my brief foray into the internet is that while, legally, girls can get married at 16 and boys at 18, they require parental consent [and, I believe, some legal work]. It's my understanding that when you're younger than 20-years-old, you require parental consent, in order to get married. However, it seems that the norm is that while people still value marriage and the institution of family, they're waiting until they're older in order to do so. Once again, I'm far from an expert on these things, so it would be great if a true expert on this stuff could correct this information.

 

Either way, though, what it comes down to is that each of these stories has its own world and system, so relationships are developed and realized according to the rules of the world, although they seem to reflect, nonetheless, some values of Japanese culture either past, present, or alternative/predictive, based on the needs of the story. Of course, this doesn't take every single story/goal into account, but I guess this is a reasonable conclusion.

 

In the case of this story, we're dealing with a world that reflects current cultural norms, so we can assume that they would have to be 20-years-old, at least, in order to be married. This rules out parenthood, anyway, since they seem to be just on the cusp of hitting the legal age for marriage. Plus, like I've said before, shounen series do have moments of fanservice and perversion for the sake of comedy and appealing to the audience, but there seems to be a more subtle/reserved/formal method for going about romance, nonetheless, especially because it's not the primary focus of the story.

I agree. Besides, the fact that Sasuke is around and allegedly affiliated with Konoha means that probably he didn't do something- namely end Tsunade's life- which could result in a further disenfranchisement from the Shinobi world at large.

Just reading whats being said, which points to the fact Sasuke is apparently redeemed and is fine to have in the village. And the fact that he is Kakashi's Elite Guard.

What still baffles me is the choice in clothing design. It doesn't seem to be really consistent with how Kishi dressed the characters heretofore. Don't get me wrong: I think they're cool, especially Sasuke's. However, they seem to be a massive departure from what we've seen.
