I think too that Mito will be brought up again especially that now in this battle, there has been many things that are related to Mito.
For example, one of the ways could be from Hashirama and/or Madara. When they're interacting, one of them will bring her name up or hint at her then possibly more information about her will be said.

There is that possibility too , but we need some hashi/mada quality panel time.

It's possible that Tsunade could bring it up like if she shows up, she will comment on Sakura's progress and then just bring up a small history that the seal has been passed down since Mito and so on.

Hashi/Madara is the least thing i want being shown, i mean Madara was cool until Kishi forced Naruto/Sasuke on him, Madara lost all my respect, and Hashirama wanted to kill himself for Madara, both of them i just facepalm, i feel sorry for the second hokage, at least he was lucid enough to want to kill Madara on the right time and sadly was blamed for doing the right thing(killing Madara's brother).
If the second failed at something would be because he accepted Hashirama's request, he should had slapped him and killed Madara right there.

few questions for you, if he really works for the narusaku japanese fans, how come that sakura is still in love with sasuke and why did she not think of naruto instead of sasuke when the ninja has given her the love letter,or both of them to make two fandoms happy, and why are narusakus moments always like.. urgh..comedy or talking about sasuke.. they haven't really had a serious moment.. why doesn't he held hands with sakura instead of hinata.. wouldn't it be right?they are on the same team lol

This isn't a place to mock or laugh at NH fans. That would just be mean, they can't even defend themselves and if they try it would be like 8000 vs 1. 
To reply to the comment, their "togetherness" started as a quest to find Sasuke, together. Somewhere along the way, this "togetherness" lost Sasuke. "We will search for Sasuke together" became "We will be together and fight together".
Comedy can be a bad or good thing (Personally I like their funny scenes because the ship is so fluffy and lighthearted.), but it doesn't mean Naruto's feelings for Sakura are comedy or not serious, paptala is as always spot on in this post.
If he held Sakura's hand instead of Hinata's it would lose its dynamic. I wouldn't mind if they hold hands later on, but in 615 I wouldn't want Hinata to be replaced by Sakura, as I hate replacements and the two relationships are so different.

It's the eye that the Juubi has.
It looks like a mix of the Sharingan and the Rinnegan. Maybe they can merge.
It would mirror the two sons a lot, as Naruto is the body and Sasuke is the eye.

I just came up with something. Do you guys think Sakura's lack of screentime/development is because of her lack of parallels? Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to mirror the two sons, Hashirama and Madara, Danzo and Hiruzen etc. Kishi can not avoid what he has set up. I think if there was ever "a Sakura" in there, she would be much more relevant.
I think this is too much. Sakura has had her fair share of development and parallels and screentime and not only fair share, but much of it. Sakura isnt sidelined. She will come in enutually. But now is not the time. Shes the heroine.

I understand that you're a Sakura fan, but she isn't a good developed character. Not in my opinion.Sakuras lack of parallels? Lack of development? Lack of screen time?
Sakura has already had all the parallels and development and screentime and explaing it all would take so long, but im just gonna mention parallels. Her similar traits to minato for not being from a clan and improving in their own way (not to mention mastering fuinjutsu), also kakashi and lee. Her parallels to kushina, tsunade (and maybe mito) which dont have to be explained since we already know. Sakura has had toooo much screentime and development, powerups etc. Are too much to mention in yhis post since im kinda lazy and its already there.
