You make a good point. To be honest, I was speaking on the behalf of a normal fan. It just funny that even Kishi find it unhealthy. If he did it, then it must be canon (the unhealthy part). It seems that she was going to Naruto first but busy (understandable). I like how Sakura really understands Naruto loneliness by experiencing the same way. Everyone has parents to go home to day and night, but not her. The scene when she saw Naruto's happiness proves that she don't want to shatter his happiness, especially when she was happy. It's like yeah he is happy, but what should I do? The world is not his.

I can see why people start thinking NaruSaku is the endgame. Naruto shows he still loves Sakura and embarrassed by Kushina for bringing up, much like in real life. Sheesh, I know I had to deal with it. Mother likes to do these stuff. I remember there was another anime, but can't think one right now. As for Sakura, she really cares for Naruto and his feelings. She was put in a hard situation, because she can tell him to go because it's fake, but Naruto wouldn't like it and his happiness to be in a family will vanish forever. If I was her, I would find it hard. It should be easy, but if you have a strong feeling for the guy, then it's challenging.


Good point. You did say that it leaves a good impression on NaruSaku. I guess Kishi sneak attack was to tell everyone that she's the heroine and she and Naruto can be together, just you wait! Thank you. I am done asking. I am now satisfied about NaruSaku and the movie itself.

Hmm, now that you mention it I do recall something like that in dragonball. It was when Gohan introduced Videl to Chichi. The 2 had a small conversation and then Chichi just bluntly asked Gohan if he was going to marry Videl while she was still in the room. I tried to find a video on it but couldn't

I thought it was a good thing that Hinata confessed. That only gave us a bigger clue as to how Sakura feels for Naruto. Plus Kishi like went all out NS after the Pain fight sooo, I'm cool with it haha

Look at this way, the minor character confession is out the way. If you see another NS moment in the current arc, then you know it's over for NH. Well, not sure over is the best word to say, but it seems the ship sailed long time ago. Again, if Kishi was serious about NH, he would at least presented well enough in the movie, like "She was so cute. Now she's scary!" or at least hang out with her or do something with her for the meantime. But no, all we got is him trying to stop the fight because of Hinata's jealousy and run away with Sakura from her. In short, Kishi only saw this as a comedy routine. In manga, it's comedy to have her faint. In movie, it's comedy to threaten Sakura for getting close to Naruto. It only lasted for like what, 2 minutes tops. We even have Hinata actually questioned Sakura about Naruto's relationship.

So yeah, my belief is that Kishi doesn't see Hinata relevant to the plot nor Naruto's love interest. Mainly, it's about her development to be confidence, even if she develops love for him. While it is love, it's not the best love that Naruto may not be interest. Best love is understanding from start and well, you know how it is. Sakura has all the recipe, only she needs to wake up.

I think the vast majority of scenes that Hinata/Sasuke were in we saw in the previews. That said, I think they were there to draw in the Sasuke/Hinata fan audience. Honestly, it worked for me too. I was really hyped to see all the new rookies, I think everyone was. I think it was a great idea to advertise it that way, who wouldn't want to see a perverted Neji or a Goofy Shikamaru, or a tiresome depressed Guy, or an energetic Kakashi.

Also, Uzumaki family fanservice! They're fake and his real parents wouldn't act like that but who cares! It's the thought that counts....

Yeah, we all fall for it. I mean since of one of the preview addressed it, I knew the movie will be about the parents, but I didn't think the AU! K12 would have a very short screen time. It was a surprising to say the least. I almost didn't believe the spoilers when it first pop out. I remember in here speculate the fact AU! Hinata and AU! Sasuke will play a bigger than the rest, even to the point they were made to distract Naruto and Sakura. Turns out AU! Hinata was made out to be a comedy routine and it was never so much to make Naruto all happy or whatever. AU! Sasuke, well let's just say he done the damage to break loose from Sakura. But nevertheless, we didn't expect a good amount of NaruSaku either, especially the date situation. I couldn't believe this is made by Kishi. Funny, it reminded me Movie 3, where a lot of people didn't think they would get some moments, but there they are.

The scenes I look forward to the most from AU! K12 are the bath scene (especially Neji and Lee) and Kakashi and Gai duo. I heard they were hilarious and I really want to see those scenes.

Anyway, I think you're right. Naruto is watching himself (Menma) being taken care of by his parents. It's a nice shot as Naruto watches his last day to be with a family. Sakura seems to understand Naruto's feelings from seeing this. I bet she keeps herself silent to let Naruto have a last moment with them. It's touching. That means she gets to see him having an emotional moment with them. Honestly, how can you hate the idea of this pairing. This is why I care heavily for this pairing.

Also, I like the fact that Sakura hugs her parents. It shows how much she learned from the adventure. I am glad Kishi didn't pull a plug and have them forget the whole adventure. Well done, Kishi.

Yeah, it goes to show you that having parents is a great thing. Sakura basically felt what AU! Sakura felt too. It's touching I must say. I guess both Sakura have the same feelings toward their parents.

That didn't stand out as much for as the body language of the parents- the stiff akward response of Mebuki, while Kizashi's is open and warm like Sakura's. Subtle and nicely done- looks like I was right about Sakura's parents: Mebuki is kind of a cold standoffish person (but with a hot temper), while Kizashi is warmhearted and open person- a trait Sakura inherited. (Mebuki even says in Road to Sakura, that Sakura was like her father)

Lol. The whole pregnancy.

Anyway, yeah, they are shocked. According to the spoilers, her parents thought she was over exaggerated, but they don't know where Sakura been to (no parents world). So yeah, they didn't expect her to come to them like that. I assume they thought Sakura was away in a long mission, but not thinking that she lived in a different world. Again, it's touching. I wonder what Naruto's thinking on that scene. He must be happy for her. Then ask for a date. He works fast you know.
