What!?? Sasuke adresses whom....and what about Naruto??

So that a**hole has been confirmed in the movie, sigh. Forneverworld's theory is coming alive now, because Sasuke might fake his death in this battle against Naruto, but the movie has kinda spoiled it now. Sasuke better be the villain in this movie and Naruto finishes him for good.

I don't think it will become canon in the movie, I think it already will be canon.

 

Why would Naruto wait atleast 2 years to confess to Sakura after he finally defeats Sasuke? Either he's a total puss or he suddenly just lost interest for a while.

OK so here's a major problem of what we've learned today. Judging from the information we got today Naruto and Sasuke live in Konoha, probably protecting Kakashi who is the Hokage. Here's the real problem that this information unveils. If this movie is canon in terms of this is what happens after the Naruto and Sasuke fight, then we have a major problem.

Because that's like Kishi going "Hey here's the last chapter of the manga, I still have to write 100 chapters until the end but here's the end and how the story will continue after I ended it." Effectively Kishi killed any reason for the readers to continue reading his work.

 

It just killed all the suspense of the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. There's absolutely no suspense anymore, we don't wonder if Sasuke is going to live or not, we don't wonder if Sasuke gets another Rinnegan, we don't wonder if Sasuke uses his Rinnegan to bring back everyone that died during this war or any other scenario that could happen in the fight. All of that was just nullified. We know exactly how the fight will end.

 

As for Kakashi the Hokage, that's really great writing actually. Yeah a character that had no interest in that title and now he's not even worth a candidacy for that title. Is just given the title because Obito said so. I love you Kishi, I truly do. No writer on this planet can write more bs than you, no one can beat you. You might as well give the title to Ten Ten.

 

I really hope this movie is canon in terms of the author of the manga wrote it, therefore it's "canon". But not really canon.

Like Road To Ninja, it's "canon" because Kishi wrote it but it's not canon. It's not really part of the story.

Or it's AU.

I just know Kishi is going to troll NH and SS just like he did in RTN. Naruto and Sakura are probably together and he might be facing the dilemma of how he's going to propose to her. Hinata will be married to a random Hyuga member. Yep pretty much this movie will cause the biggest kitten storm in the pairing wars since 631.

I'm pretty sure when we first got the info for this movie it said that it was part of the original storyline, so it is canon. Given this info we could possibly get a part 3, so the movie will serve as a transition between part 2 and part 3. We have to see Naruto become hokage too, obviously. I don't think that can be achieved through a two hour movie.  Could you see Naruto as hokage at this time? I sure can't. If Kakashi is hokage, what the hell happens to Tsunade?   If Tsunade dies/retires, who will act as hokage? Obviously it's going to be Kakashi. I get what you're saying, but if anyone is to become hokage if Tsunade isn't there it's Kakakshi. He was nominated when the Tsunade was down, wasn't he? I think we're kinda jumping to conclusions here. I would assume Kishi is in charge/has influence over who releases the sketches, so I think they know what they're doing and how it'll affect future events. Sasuke living is a given. It would go against everything if he died. We still have some time before the movie though! So...

I've already said this, but way back when Shikaku nominated Kakashi as the Hokage that made sense. It was well integrated in the story. But right now it doesn't make any sense. Let's say Tsunade is dead or retired, the one that next in line is very clearly Naruto. Not only that he's the savior of the village but the savior of the world, also this was his goal/dream ever since he was a kid.

 

And now the title goes to a character that has no relevancy in story anymore, so we must give it to him to keep him relevant. Brilliant.

The only explanation that I can think of at the moment is that Naruto is still too young to be Hokage, at this point. Assuming a 2-3 year time skip in the film, he'd be 19-20 years-old, which is still too young to be a leader. He may have the ideals, potential, and strength, but he still has a lot to learn, you know? He's essentially still a kid. 

 

Plus, his discussion with Obito might have something to do with this. If memory serves, he's probably cognizant of Obito's wish in this regard, so he's accommodating this wish of his, as well. 

 

Finally, it makes sense in a narrative standpoint, too, to a certain extent, I think. Remember the rule of Chekhov's gun: Never introduce a plot element/idea, unless you're intent on following through with it. We've seen Kishi wrap up various plot elements one way or another in recent chapters, and this would be yet another thing that he'd be bringing in full circle, since the idea, which has some merit, was tossed around before.

Wtf happened to Sasuke?  I just saw his sketch and he looks really different .... what's with the turban thing around his head and the chains? That certainly wasn't what I expected his new design to be. His expression still looks the same tho: cold, miserable, angry etc.

 

Sasuke's design isn't my favorite, but it's not terrible. I'd probably say I prefer Naruto's outfit over Sasuke's, but I prefer Sasuke's hair over his. And I'm a little annoyed Kishimoto is spoiling all this when the manga isn't even over yet. Definitely not a smart thing to do and it takes away suspense. Kakashi's 6th Hokage clearly, but I don't particularly have a problem with that like most people.

 

As for Sasuke's residence, it can go both ways. He's either an ally of Konoha with his own village or lives in Konoha as one of Kakashi's bodyguards. I don't know which and I'm not going to say which. I'm not getting a feeling he is a main villain in The Last though.

Well Naruto always have that nice guy look on him while Sasuke have that gangster look on him. But, I gotta admit Naruto looks handsome when he is smirking. His smirk is much more hotter than Sasuke for me. 

 

Oh, okay. I hope it is Sakura. But, why will he confessed after 2-3 years? Maybe they are already in a relationship and Naruto gonna tell her, "Let's get married". I don't want expect too much. I will just wait for the official trailer I guess.

what was his theory? i don't really watch his vids tht much anymore i lost respect for him after his i don't like sakura anymore vid which was complete biased bs but i won't get into that
