Alright, but Naruto only chased after her because of his rivalry with Sasuke. He was just using her as well. They were both using each other for their own selfish goals. So in essence, they're both trash.
Now I don't personally believe that, but that's what the canon is according to The Last.
As for her behaviour during the Kaguya fight, I interpret that as her being insecure around Sasuke. This ties into what has already been established. When she's with Naruto, she's outgoing and can act like herself. When she's with Sasuke, she becomes introverted and insecure.
Then there the fact that she still hadn't resolved her complicated feelings towards Sasuke, which would explain why she was acting the way she did.
No. Naruto "deserves" Sakura because he's the main character and because the theme of the manga is that you can achieve anything through hard work and dedication and also because the story showed us that they were growing closer and that Sakura was starting to reciprocate his feelings. That's it. It has absolutely nothing to do with Naruto being a "nice guy" or HInata being a "nice girl".
You right, about bolded. But about The Last - it's a tricky site, after Sasuke left, he was no where to be found for 2 years, and that's the time when Sakura was alone and still had Naruto aroud, one could justify that Naruto stayed away, because he saw what she asked for before Sasuke leave village, and that's bad.
