A and gai are speedster. They can move fast then average ninja.
For some reason chidori could make the user move faster to the point it get you tunnel vision. While a and gai could move even more but never has that kind of problem.
Just because you don't have sharingan, it doesn't mean you can't use chidori. It's like using sniper rifle without scope.

You wrong a little, those who use Chidori have high speed, exactly for it Kakashi taught Sasuke how to gain such speed, and now it seems that same asspull will be granted to burito.

Himawari Uzumaki- Saori Hayami (voiced Tsuruko from Anohana, Shinoa Shiragi from Seraph of The End)

Kinshiki (subordinate of main antagonist)- Hiroki Yasumoto

Shikadai Nara- Kensho Ono (voiced Tetsuya Kuroko from Kuroko no Basketball, Mikaela Hyakuya from Seraph of The End)

Momoshiki (main antagonist)- Daisuke Namikawa (voiced Hisoka from HunterxHunter, Waver Velvet from Fate/Zero, Jella from Fairy Tail)<--------------- WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone but HIM!

 

In case you don't know, Saori Hayami and Daisuke Namikawa are well-known voice actors in Japan as far as I know of. First we have Jun Fukuyama last year voicing Toneri, and now another one of my favorites with Daisuke Namikawa -.- I'll always be mad for seeing even these two to have anything to do with the Naruto franchise. Oh, and Himawari: Such an ugly character with a miniscule meaning in the new Generation didn't deserved to be voiced by such a talented voice actress.

People who watch Boruto -Naruto the Movie- in theaters throughout Japan next month will receive 2 million copies of an official book — one with a brand-new one-shot manga by original manga creator Masashi Kishimoto. The Naruto Hiden Zai no Sho Official Movie Book's title indicates that the book is a spinoff of the Naruto: The Official Character Data Book series.

The book will debut the manga short "Naruto ga Hokage ni Natta Hi" (The Day Naruto Became a Hokage) that Kishimoto personally drew. The story episode did not appear in the main Naruto manga's original run. The book will also include the main manga series' 700th and final chapter in full color.
