The artstyle, too, but the hair, the stare, covering his left eye just like Kaneki has a Kagune on his left eye.

He really resembles Kaneki in that pic:

Shouto's dad is a kitten, but I wonder why he ino chooses to use his mothers power. When he said that, it's almost like he's honoring her. She's a disgrace as a mother, she threw boiling water on him and told him his power is disgusting. What kind of mother does that?

Both parents are horrible in my eyes. I suppose the reason why Shouto chooses to use his mother's quirk is to not be associated with his father's quirk. It's his father after all who's powerhungry.

So I caught all the way up, and I really enjoyed it. It was interesting, fresh, funny at some points, and the drawing is different, as Oda's is. I fell into the kittening trap though, kinda shipping Deku and Urakara pretty hard XD

 
Well for now, Let's not consider it a trap.   cause they are not going through that  F***ing garbage we went through with NS in that god forsaken series.   Besides there seems to be no blood feuded ship-to-ship combat in this one which admittedly is a huge factor in why we took NaruSaku so seriously. For me anyway.

I take back what I said earlier....... There are TWO characters that I officially hate now. Although the Mother at least has a believable excuse, although I am not saying nor will I ever say it is justified to what she did to her own child. It's still disgusting to me. But at least that shows it's a good story.

IdYou know aside from Ochako and Bakugou's match, The match that's gotten my attention at the moment is Ida vs Mei because you've got the Engineer vs the Technical support which is  a pretty interesting choice of decision from Kohei's part. What do the rest of you guys think?

It definitely sounds like an interesting match, and in addition to that I love both of them! Looking forward to that fight. I especially wanna see what Hatsume Mei can do b/c I'm not sure if she has a quirk...

Yeah super Speed against Gadgetry genius. That sounds interesting for sure. and I'd love for Ochako to win although I'm assuming It's gonna Be Izuku and Katsuki in the finals. Well that's  just my guess to emphasize their rivalry again

You know I get this strange feeling that Ochako won't be walking out of her match against Bakugou, obviously she'll still be alive but she'll be maybe incredibly injured or something similar to like ugh... I hate referencing this but Lee during his fight against Gaara.

I don't see him becoming a villain, I see him becoming kinda like Kaneki, he's good, but struggles to find his way. He'll find solace with Deku, and I think they'll be great friends.

That's prob the case when it comes to his parents... But I still thought that moment with "honoring his mom" was... awkward? Unless she is not alive anymore and committed suicide b/c of the circumstances. Than I would understand the choice of his words.

About the villain thing: I hope so much he won't become a villain (no need for more Sasuke copycats), but I just can't shake that vibe of from him. And that coverpage give looks so sinister... But I'd welcome it if he became an anti-hero/tragic hero.

See, ship wars are not an issue in this manga (so far)

Katsuki... ugh, let's not start talking about him. He's the one next to Shouto's parents I dislike the most.

Possible But I hope not. I like Ochako,and I'd be sad to see her injured like that. Not to mention it'd destroy the normal Dynamic between Izuku and Katsuki which I think is fine the way it is right now. Besides There shouldn't be any reason for him to maim Ochako anyway.

Yeah she is. XD and while I don't like Bakugou Katsuki's personality at all, Horikoshi said that was the point of his character. But I hope he doesn't turn out evil cause I like the relationship between him and Izuku now. But if he does I at least hope it's not a NaruSasu scenario again.
