Honestly I never heard about that interview... I knew that Kishimoto's wife was not interested about him at the first since years (just take this as a rumour), but I never have been aware of this radio interview... Rameninmitsu, have you never heard about this interview?

I have three scenario in my mind for what happen in the next couple chapter.
I think kishi will show each character desire like Hinata with naruto, kiba triumph against naruto, shino get acknowledgement.

Well, Itachi can go to heaven, because he died a hero, and was never a bad person to begin with, the other Uchihas can go and burn.

On a serious note its good to know Kishi apparently based NS on his own love life, that's pretty interesting.

Assuming ofcourse if its true. It also draws more paralells to other things.

-Kishi saying that out of all the characters in his story in terms of personality Naruto is the closest to him
-Oda saying that his wife looks like Sakura
-Kishi saying that Kushina acts a lot like his wife (and ofcourse we all know the Kushina/Sakura parallel already)

It looks like this raises the chances of an NS family even higher now

Not really sure Itachi would really be considered a hero, considering all the kitten he's done. And basically being responsible for Sasuke turning rogue which basically led him to being among the world's most dangerous criminals.

And I know all that about Itachi, but the fact is Sasuke CHOSE that path on his own. Plus Itachi was a good person at heart is what I mean.

^I think you go to heaven when you make peace with yourself. There were hints, but I'm not sure if it was ever stated directly.

 

About Itachi, I understand why he killed his whole clan, but he mentally tortured Sasuke. No excuses please, that was horrible in every single way. Then it was revealed that he had a good heart all along. It doesn't make sense, I think it's a plothole tbh.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion, but those were just my thoughts, and Sasuke DID CHOOSE that path on his owe free will is what I meant, Itachi  didn't tell him to go to Orochimaru, or to commit those crimes, or to try and kill his former team mates, Sasuke CHOSE to do those things because he's a JERK.

Let's look at it this way.

Itachi tortured Sasuke => Sasuke leaves the village to train with Orochimaru => Sasuke betrays Orochimaru at the last second then goes to hunt Itachi => Sasuke beats Itachi and gets captured by Tobi => Tobi turns Sasuke to the dark side and Sasuke joins Akatsuki => Sasuke attempts to murder Sakura and she falls out of love for him

He was tormented as a child, so he has good heart but filled with darkness as well. It's not as corrupted as Sasuke has gotten but he knows the decision he made will never be realized by the world. It's MGS3 all over again, which actually made me tear. God, that game make you look kitten in the end.

Itachi told him he lacked hatred. Itachi made him believe that he had to gather hatred to defeat him, so he did and therefore he went to Orochimaru. I said that Itachi planted this twisted ideal in his heart in the first place, not Sasuke did not choose to commit horrible crimes by himself. Saying he did it simply because he is 'a jerk' is simplifying it.
