It really is amazing how the meaning of things can be lost when translation from one language to another. I dare say that this actually was more of an NS little moment than anything related to SS. I feel so much happier now.

Naruto: AH! Sakura-chan why did you say Sasuke's name first? That mean you'll never love me.

Sakura: Huh! Did you go full retarded or something? That doesn't mean anything, beside you and I are the ones with development.

Naruto: Oh yeah! My bad, sorry I lost it there for a moment. I look forward to kissing your forehead.

Sakura: Baka! ...... (in very low voice) I look forward to it too.

With so much flirting going on between Naruto and Sakura in the battlefield, no wonder Sasuke is quiet. He must be feeling like an atmosphere. Poor guy. 

 

Few weeks ago I would have thought the above dialogue as Fanfiction material....but after chapter 631, I'm not going to be surprised if the above happens

I wonder how the next chapter goes. I guess we can say the next chapter is the real Team 7 working together, because this chapter is more of Sakura showcasing her new power. So now that we know, we can finally start the real fun. I am trying to picture how they will go down.

I think they're gonna solo those mini Juubis next chapter if it focuses on them and they're gonna likely attempt to take down the real Juub.

Wow. There are so many feelings that I have from reading this manga. It feels very very nostalgic with the team 7 reunion. My favourite scene featuring Sakura-chan thus far. She looks really fierce and I was literally trembling when the diamond in hear forehead started to form. That same feeling when Naruto arrived to Konoha after Pain attack.

 

That was really worth the wait to see our favourite heroine shine. It feels very natural and the dots are clearly connected. It feels that the story build up set up from Part I is starting to form a full circle. As if we're slowly walking back from our walk in the park, with the topic being revisited in reverse order.

 

- Asuma with his team (Shikamaru, Chouji, Ino)

- Neji and Hinata resolve (he died protecting Hinata and Naruto)

- Sakura's resolve when she was in the chuunin exam for Naruto and Sasuke to watch her back.

 

I think Kishi is currently setting up the foundation for the triangle love to be revisited. And we will know how it will turn out in the end. The foreshadowing is in place (Naruto and Sasuke are racing to save Sakura). The good old rivalry between the two. Naruto being a little jealous --yet, while the three standing there, Sakura only spoke to Naruto and tease him dearly.

 

I hope that Kishi will keep this 'reverse order revisit' approach... it'll nicely form a full circle... and of course, here I'm hoping that the bench scene will be revisited as the final resolution for the triangle love, which leads to NS (a woman can hope :))

 

Nonetheless, like many others, I'm bracing of possible SS moments which will be concluded with NS moments. Kind of like revisiting the sequence of Sasuke leaving the village, Sakura plead him to stay and nicely closed with Promise of a Lifetime from Naruto (and Sakura's thoughts thereafter)

 

When the story touches these three, somehow it feels very nostalgic and feels that the manga was back on its roots of a solid storytelling.

Yeah, that could happen. I'm just having a hard time seeing the "good" ending because now, Sasuke is in line what's he up to category. Great, what a way to ruin my good ending of the arc...

THAT's the team seven I would love to see! If that happens I'm going to make Sasuke one of my fave characters

My excitement for this chapter lowered because of some negativity in this tread. 

 

I mean you guys do make a good point, but there are good things in this chapter lets not over focus on that small panel or one page.

 

kishi has to develop sakura it might be frustrating,but will get there.

Ok, so this chapter.  I don't mind it.  I don't mind sacrificing a little NS equity just to see Sakura have a friken good moment to showcase herself and I and others were thoroughly impressed of how she showcased herself.  Plain and simple.  What happens next is what happens next.

If Sakura herself is telling Naruto not to whine about it then neither should we.

Why are there people trying to turn this chapter into 615 SS version???

People are never happy... *sigh* If "Sasuke-kun" is going to be the focus of the discussion, then I think I'll stay away from here this week. This chapter was supposed to be all about Sakura proving herself, and we should be happy about that.

 

I find it really disheartening to see so many instead pointing their fingers at one panel. A panel that has nothing to do with the chapter itself. It gets right under my skin too, because the last thing this chapter was supposed to be about was pairings. It's about Team 7, and Sakura finally being able to stand proudly beside her other two teammates. Please, please, please, please, please don't take that moment away from her over pairings. Please.

 

We already know that Sakura loves Sasuke. We already knew that some SasuSaku was on it's way. We also know that she has feelings for Naruto. We've established this over the past ten+ years. So stop.

 

I hope that this doesn't happen again next week, because frankly, I'm tired of having to defend any positive moments for Sakura, Naruto, and NaruSaku from my own fandom.

Yeah he spoke directly to her it would've been impolite not to look. This isn't the first time something like this has happened either remember Chapter 300 and something when Sasuke is about to stab Naruto Sakura cries out Sasuke's name, imagine if Sasuke had killed Naruto that would've been the last thing he heard.

 

Wait, what? When Sasuke and Naruto clashed, she called out Naruto's name.

I watched Sawyer's review and actually agree with him on that one. Because she's not on their level yet and even if, it sounds like she's settling for this level.

That's how I read it the first time. Glad it was correct translation. Anyway, people are going too crazy, but it is the start of SS vs. NS, so I guess people are on high gear. Well, we did come off from ending NH, so this battle is the main event. This chapter is about Sakura's development and now, we will get Team 7 working together. I don't know where we go from there though...

She was talking to Naruto. "The minor details" part is meant towards him because he was accusing her of not calling his name first.

So Sakura is teasing Naruto that she will take away his Hokage seat if he doesn't stop minding the minor details

And now that scene has become 100 times more awesome. So Sakura herself tells Naruto that it's not that big of a deal that she said Sasuke's name first. I feel like somehow Sakura is talking directly to the pairing fandom with those types moment.

This my friend is exactly how I feel is like Sakura provoked Naruto's jealousy on purpose, is am right it's almost like if she likes the idea of being his girlfriend otherwise why would she tell him to stop focusing on minor details because there is nothing to worry about.

 

 

My, my Sakura-chan you have changed a lot don't you?
