I'm going to play devil's advocate and say that we won't see Sakura. Considering Kishi's general treatment of her since this war began, there's a possibility that we won't even see her reaction. If she does receive some panel time it will be alongside the other Rookies. I do suspect that there will be some tears shed from at least one character though. 

 

Madara may react to Naruto's desperate situation. Black Zetsu may use the resulting confusion to his advantage and have the left Rinnegan eye transferred to Madara.

My predictions for Chapter 661: 

 

Minato's reaction, and catching Naruto.

 

Sakura's reaction to Naruto loosing Kurama. 

 

Sakura recalling what Lady Chiyo told her about jinchuriki loosing their tailed beasts. 

 

NS moment.

-Hinata panel(s).

-Gaara knows a plan to stop Madara or some secret.

-Something (possibly involving Gaara or Sasuke) interrupts Madara from absorbing the Bijuus.

-Sasuke does something.

-Gaara dies(?).

 

Also, I have a feeling that someone will stop Madara from absorbing Kurama at the beginning of the chapter. Sasuke maybe?

I think also that next chapter possibly will have more talk. We'll see.

- Either way, it will be a 'no biggie'.

- Naruto will remain unconscious.

- He gets treatment. Gaara give him to either Minato/Obito, or Sakura.

- His won't be completely fine at the end of the chapter though, healing him now would take time.

- Maybe the medics attempt to delay his death until they find something that'll save him?

- More Madara blabbering.

- We get to see what the alliance are up to. Sakura's reaction to the situation as well.

I truly would not be surprised if that happened. I've been expecting that Sasuke would get rinnegan for a while now, since it's basically the next logical step.
