Making him Hokage made sense after the Pein arc. But making him now is just fanservice.

Sorry mate but that's a lie.

The guy is a complete and utter failure in everything he has ever done. Worst leader in the the entire story. He failed with his own team. He failed convincing Sasuke that revenge isn't the right path, he failed with Obito something that Naruto did the job for him.

Not to mention that in order for him to actually get team 7 to work together for just one lousy move he need Obito to come back from the dead.

Well, at least Kakashi admitted that he messed up and made a lot of mistakes in the past and I don't think he feels worthy of the Hokage title either. But really what can you do if you're forced into it by the Elders and Daimyo because of Tsunade's resignation. Still bad writing that he became Hokage only at the very end, in fact I'd rather he wasn't the Hokage at all, but I don't hold it aganist the character for that happening to him.

To put it simple.
Since tsunade is still alive and well, there are no need for her resignation.
If tsunade dead in war arc, kakashi become hokage is reasonable Eventhought he is weak.

But if tsunade die, sakura will got her development

I already know that nothing makes any sort of sense past 698 but still.

I think you're being a bit unfair to Kakashi. It's true that he neglected Naruto and Sakura in favor of Sasuke at the beginning but remember that he was the only one of Team 7 who actually wanted and tried to kill Sasuke. He fought Pain while Tsunade was healing the village and would've made a decent temporary leader. It wasn't his fault that Obito turned evil and he apologized to Sakura for always telling her "it would be all right" in the early days. I really don't get the Kakashi hate...

It's not really hate. It's just that it annoys me to see people praising Kakashi for being a failure. I liked the fact that like you mentioned he actually wanted to get rig of Sasuke and he also apologized to Sakura. But in the long run he failed.

He stooped back on all of his morals and rules   instead of helping Sakura he   always neglected her saying few " words " like sorry for lying isn't gonna help  that's not helping your student . Kakashi is a good battle strategist but as leader he sucks . And  for kittens  sake  he pushed toward SS  when it was contradictory to his rules and moral  not to mention in the end he excused Sasuke's crimes on zero foundation  so what good of him early wanting to kill Sasuke !? Why is this overlooked !?  Kakashi for me was ruined as kitten also by kittening on his rules and morals

Kakashi is not the guy that forced SS to happen. I hate to say it but Sakura was still in love with Sasuke at that point so what is he supposed to do? It's not up to Kakashi to decide who she is in love with, so I don't know if it's right to blame him for that. He probably should have had Sasuke locked up in prison, but I guess he wanted to give his student one last chance at redemption but I'll admit he should have enforced some consequences on Sasuke rather than letting him walk free to do whatever he wants. Kakashi's ending was pretty bad but I don't think he comes out as looking as despicable as Naruto, Sasuke, or Sakura.

As I said before I think Kakashi was being like Naruto when he told Sasuke that Sakura "loved him so much"--that is..trying to support her "happiness" or maybe trying to make Sasuke feel ashamed. At least he yelled at Sasuke after he genjutsued Sakura; all Naruto did was say "that's messed up Sasuke". Same thing when Sasuke tried to kill Sakura before..Kakashi wanted to end him but Naruto refused it. And wasn't it Kakashi who said that Sakura's feelings for Sasuke were "different"? I still don't buy him being an SS shipper.
