About the dress though....I see it as Golden and Blue :/

It is something related to wavelengths of lights mixing in with the light reflected from your dress which distorts your perception of the dress. Since we can see objects because light is reflected from them, it depends on which wavelength gets reflected....

I know about this paper. You/your company also get it published, right? I love R&D tbh. You have no bars to your thinking and you get to deal with interesting things which no one has even discovered yet. I'd enjoy doing R&D tbh. Too bad I lack patience XD But R&D sure is good. But hey....you are getting 'kirakira' on your resume...so I say why not XD Good things are often hard to achieve and they are worth it XD
