he tried to make sympatic villain.
to the point he forget to develop his own protagonist(read: naruto and sakura).
for obito, I dont have any problem with tobi as obito. even with her rin motive as long as he could write it.
I mean, why don't show that obito is an orphan BEFORE the rin revelation so we could get that she is someone important to him.
I think Kishi took the advantage of the character that hasn't really explored, though maybe because it wasn't meant to be. It was hard to believe that a year or less, he will be tall as Minato and can cut deep voice, so hey, you do the math.

A true and unbiased opinion of an italian fan
"Hinata has no fault. And she has trained so hard over the years not to become the leader of Hyuuga clan, but to win Naruto's heart. And in the end she was successful in that. Women in this manga have no other goals else but finding the love of their lives in which they are madly in love with the boys from the start. It's the message from the author towards female readers: "Whatever happens, you must never give up until your feelings are reciprocated." The author believes the feelings are rewarded with the persistence and gives advices to women through Hinata and Sakura.
Blame Kishimoto about how he developed the story in the movie, but for the rest there's nothing to say more. Naruto and Hinata were bound by the fate since the first chapter in which she appeared."

Support Naruto? No kittening way! What's the point of following a story if the author can just retcon kitten at any time and just say "It was just to mislead you". No thanks.
Precisely there's no reason to follow any story if in the end they say "Well it was all done to mislead all of you." there's absolutely no point in following it.
No one that ever read this story should be ok with this. Even the pairing fans that "won" shouldn't be ok with this because in reality it's a shallow victory where even they were mislead. In the end they didn't even get the same characters that they followed. Their precisions moments that they've loved were dismissed.

Which I've told you - time and time again - is dangerous! There will never be consensus, son, among those you have helped to ascend. They will all differ in their views of what it means to be free. The peace you so desperately seek does not exist.
These men are united now by a common cause. But when this battle is finished they will fall to fighting amongst themselves about how best to ensure control. In time it will lead to war. You will see.

POFFARBACCO! So unbiased.... ![]()
......nah....
If that was fate it was a pretty kitten fate. Through Hinata Kishimoto is teaching women not to care about family, piss poor message it is.
But peeps, I'm so tired of this stupid pairing wars. *rolls eyes* It's so very presumptuous of others to think we actually loose time after them. Geez, they always feel so self-important. ![]()
Can't we stop quoting them, replying or even sparing them a thought? They got their pretty little canon and now they'll have to make do without all of us. They'll probably go bonkes, but that's not really our problem.
- L'inguaribile ottimismo di un dodo.
Hungry for glory - AS Roma 1927
But they were all of them deceived, for another canon was made. In the land of Japan, in the fires of Studio Pierrot, the dark Lord Kishimoto forged in secret a master canon, to control all others, and into this canon, he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life. One canon to rule them all.
