I know huh? I mean it just doesn't make sense for him to do that. Like you said he's been aware of her feelings for so long, but after 2 years he's suddenly going to reciprocate now? No, that's not how it's done. The only reason why you wouldn't address them or even mention it is because you already hold feelings for someone else. The marketing is good and bad.. even with stuff they've said it's contradicting? That narrator comment was for nothing? Lol no.

 

They probably were intentional. I can't see how a big movie like this would let it's sketches get leaked? Not to mention there are so many things off with them compared to 700. The quality of some are terrible too. God I can't wait til this is over 

the narrators comment that hints towards ns is buried under the hinata/nh advertisement. i'll never forget how ns is always the one to have the last laugh:

 

1. during the chunin exams when hinata gave naruto some medicine and naruto offered it to sakura.

 

2. when hinata gave naruto words of encouragement and later naruto rescued sakura from gaara, which led to a tender smile from sakura.

 

3. sakura being concerned about sasuke and later sakura asks naruto on a date to discuss it lol.

 

4. sakura's confession to sasuke and in the next chapter naruto makes the poal, which led to sakura realizing that naruto understood her and her opinion of him drastically changed.

 

5. hinata confessing to naruto and it ended hilariously with sakura hugging naruto in front of hinata and the entire village. kids blushing in the bg too.

 

6. lol rtn with its advertisement aimed at nh/ss. turns out it was really aimed at ns.

 

so with all of that in mind, i find it hard to believe we won't have the last laugh again! kishi is known for this trollish pattern.

Thats what make it so sad. Even if i am a shipper, i too think there should be more to naruto manga than pairings. Cant we even have team 7 bond? Or the "konoha rookies".

For a shounen manga to end mostly to pair up everyone is disturbing. It didnt even highlight what is the true essence of the manga. I mean for a manga who keeps on telling us that its shounen which means romance is only a subplot.. they sure mess up on this.

Just why are we getting this cheesy movie of a side character instead of focusing on the ALL the characters we love? There is more to life than Hinata.

The epilogue nor this movie didnt and will not give me nostalgia. When all i see around is people saying they feel nostalgic is absurd to me.

Hey shouldnt i feel nostalgic at all since nh ss was my first ships? Nope! All it brings me is the strange feeling of disconnect.


On another note.. ive been seeing that kishis fave is 500 days of summer. If i compare that to this manga.

Sakura would be that fun, amazing, monumental, beautiful woman who made such a guy so in love and then later on leave him in a state of devastation.

But thats really not the case. Since they just purposely deleted all the development of sakura and her bond with naruto.

I didn't really use to ship before, I mean I used to prefer NS but then on the H&E bridge I got more invested and the point when I used to actively began to ship NS was after the hug during the end of the Pein arc. That sealed the deal for me :)

With all NS has been put through, it definitely deserves to come out the victor.

Yeah if 699/700 was done well I'm sure I would've felt the nostalgia. Instead it brought me pain and anger. If NS is the end result of the movie, then it'll all be worth it. However I hope that 699/700 are IT because they basically killed the characters.

instead he gave his blessing to naruto and sakura. it was so funny to see so many nh fans claim that minato is going to meet hinata and ask if she was naruto's boyfriend. lol lots of nh fans called naruto a jerk because he said sakura was his girlfriend after nh supposedly became a couple from chakra transfer/hand holding .
