well he was born with the whiskers so it's not like they will vanish if Kurama is extracted from him. Also neither his mother nor Mito had whiskers. Maybe they have a purpose, they get mire pronounced when more Kyuubi chakra is in him but it's like their tattooed on him and not real whiskers. Even the cut on his cheek didn't affect one whisker.
I wonder what story could they have.

I didn't mean like that. I mean that born baby (Naruto) is born "special". I don't know whiskers mean something but let's go what if. What if Naruto get extracted, then brought back to life, and still use BM. It's like it's him. I don't want to say it because it's too crazy to say it but please, don't take it the wrong way but you can say Naruto is Kuruma's...um... Point is I feel like Naruto got a special born treatment.

well the only need for him to become the sage is guide the bijuus. But I think he will refuse to let them help him fight Sasuke. Especially seeing that Naruto will be forced to protect them.

Yep, that's why I don't mind an asspull power for Sakura either...too much. (Sage mode, in case no one got that one)

 

Asspulls aren't the end of the world anymore, it's not like we've never seen them before! ^^ Like parallels, I've kind of gotten used to it.

 

Well back to Sasuke; who still needs to a perfect Susanoo, which wouldn't really be an asspull, but it wouldn't be strong enough either. My prediction is that he'll get a power-up related to his eye. Just please...not...not rinnegan. PLEASE.

One arguement I remember from a while back was from another forum member here, baguette, he once told us there was this nh fan who made a 6 page essay arguements about how ns was not possible and how almost all of Sakura's actions towards naruto brought so e hindrance or shortcoming and that hinata was the one to bring everything good. Basically it was not bashing but this person's arguement sounded iron proof trying to throw stuff in saying like no matter how hard they try for another it's a conundrum of failure and hurting each other despite the good intent they try to do. This person was giving baguette a hard time, ideally saying how moments like in 457 was when naruto realized sakura was unreachable in his efforts and how he could find new hope in hinata. This person basically ending the arguement of all 6 pages by basically saying how there are times in which no matter how hard you try you cannot change or reach someone. I spotted a fatal flaw in the arguement, the ideal of no matter how hard you try you cannot reach someone, isn't that what naruto was trying to do with Sasuke the whole time? Baguette brought this arguement to the fourn to seek help or finding flaws in the arguement, I found this and there were other issues others found, but this was a big one, this nh fan who wrote it spent so much time writing and focusing on how ns could not work, they basically argued against the entire main goal of narutos. At some point they must have lost track of their purpose and unintentionally argued against the main plot of the series. This was an astronomical flaw in such a long winded arguement, 6 essay pages but just geez, this was a big flaw. Arguing against the main plot looses all credibility, it's like he was saying naruto should give up on Sasuke when this is the thing he is never going to do. So after finding this flaw and others baguette took off, and told this to the nh fan who wrote this, all the people who were backing this nh fan then just suddenly could not respond. The original writer never gave a counter arguement. We have not seen baguette for a while since he pretended to be a nh fan visiting the site as a small prank but this was an arguement I will never forget, such a long winded speech with a serious flaw that undermines the main plot of the series.

Think this way. In Ao no Exorcist, there are two brothers but only one of them is a demon's son. Why? Well, I believe they said it just happens to be that way, so you can say in here, perhaps Jinchuuriki giving birth has a chance to born a special child.

I'm probably one of the few that disagrees with the whole "Naruto would never give up on Sakura" argument, because it downplays Naruto's feelings for her - In my opinion.

 

To compare it to Sasuke's situation isn't right, because Naruto has said so many times that he wants to bring him back, he wants to save him. It's what makes the series.

While he has expressed innocent and sweet desires to win Sakura over, what makes Naruto's love for her is that he just wants her to be happy. He wants her to smile, and I want him to realize he is the one that brings forth her smiles. Here is a post, a collection of Sakura's tender smiles for Naruto, by "perfectbyitself" on tumblr. That's why I ship them, I sincerely think they love eachother. :3

 

"Naruto would never give up on his feelings for Sakura", well the heart feels what the heart feels. There is no giving up here. If it fades, it fades.

 

That NH fan makes Hinata look like a silver medal though. "He realized he can never get Sakura and finds hope in Hinata".

Naruto has already given his heart to Sakura, and will continue to give her love, not in the hope of a relationship - just to express his feelings and make her happy. Even if she doesn't give him her heart in return, he will not stop loving her. At least not until she rejects his confession. If then he might move on, but I think he'll always love her.

To be honest the Hinata thing is a western romance thing. Boy loves girl but girl ignores boy and then boy finds out another girl likes him. So this is the main thing with NH. And at one point maybe during the POAL one could've assumed that this was the case. That Naruto decided to help Sakura with Sasuke and then let them be happy.

They are forgetting that in Part 2 , Naruto did little to no moves on Sakura to impress her directly , but what came was indirectly and they tend to forget that .. Even in part 1 his only move on her was disguised as Sasuke , he never used his chance to confess after the Gaara fight or nothing...She is warming up naturally to him , w/o proving his love to her... You're absolutely right about the Sasuke thing , he tries so hard i mean 3 years and still no effect .  I took Edo Hashirama and Itachi to convince him halfway to try something else..

Don't know 'bout you, but I want to see this frickin thing in action. Stuff it in Sasuke's eyeballs. Then he would probably not lose his sharingan abilities either.

 

My opinion on the Sakura SSM theory..it would be an asspull. It would also be nice to see her kick butt, and her low stamina isn't a problem anymore because of the chakra tank in her forehead. It would still be an asspull, but I'm afraid I've almost gotten immune to it at this point.

I feel that Hashirama and Madara is the exclusive parallel for Naruto and Sasuke, while Minato and Kushina is the exclusive parallel for Naruto and Sakura. If I'm right, then that means parallels are very important.

 I was under the impression they both were or is that an anime only development, I didn't read the manga so Im not privy to that particular info

The anime have both of them to become demon. I thought that was strange, and it ruins continuity if the anime ever returns, yet they had a movie. Oh well...

Very much agreed. Obito sees a lot of resemblance between Naruto and his old self and Naruto will probably do the same once he knows about Obito's story and his reasons (a.k.a. Rin and... huh, Rin).

Naruto can even trace a parallel line between them ...  they both love the female part of their teams and have never had their feelings reciprocated (in Naruto's point of view, we can arguably assume he believes such).

They also used to hate the male counterpart but have grown to acknowledge them not just as rivals but as their best friends.

 

I've just posted something very similar in another thread... so I'll summarize here saying that I think a good NS moment will emerge from this event.
