So basically they announced that they're going to kitten on Sakuras character even further in the near future by trying to retcon her "love" for an abusive murderer to make it seem like her felling a towards him aren't shallow like everyone and their mother knows they are.

nothing much interesting...at the least to me. That was just an old interview from 2013 (or 2012? I cannot recall it) where he speaks of his origins of mangaka and how he started to draw manga since school time. He speaks a bit about his major influences too, like "Akira" or "Blade of the Immortal", the awards he has won. Nothing about Naruto directly.

Recent unconfirmed rumors say he could make a collaboration with Samura-sensei (the author of Blade of the Immortal indeed) in the next future, just after he will finish the story about Bolt in this incoming summer.

I think it's safe to say the Kaguya arc was a warning sign to the upcoming BS, especially 693 and how incredibly rushed the Naruto vs Sasuke fight was.

 

SS is toxic. Still can't believe that kitten of a pairing is canon. RIP Sasuke and Sakura.
