How am I proving your ridiculous point? If I want to see the "truth", then I will go to the chapter 699/700 thread. This thread is for theories.  Not the "truth" you are trying to force upon us. That is why I stay here. Am I delusional for not excepting your "truth"? Maybe. But that is ok because I am staying in my appropriate thread that suits my beliefs and not going to the other threads attacking people for not seeing my view. I don't want to accept the ending, and many others here don't either. That is why this thread exists, not for people like you to come in and force your opinions on others. We are not forcing anything upon you because you came here on your own free will, fully knowing what is on this thread. Picking a fight with you? You are kidding, right? You are the one in a thread that isn't appropriate to your beliefs and feelings. You didn't have to come here, you know. Chatte said she didn't want this crap in her thread, and while you do have freedom of speech, you shouldn't take advantage of it by disrespecting Chatte's wishes. I am not taking my anger out on you because of "insecurities", but rather the fact you are disrespecting Chatte. She has enough of this crap in her life. I was talking to Shisui about how accepting the ending doesn't mean accepting it in fanon and you rudely attack me like I personally told you to give up? I said you proved my point because only an insecure person would do that.
I still think Chatte's theories have a sliver of possibility in canon before the entire series ends so please don't try to speak for her saying she wouldn't be "happy" at your long rant (as if I caused it).

Agreed. I wonder what the real plot is about? Why would the moon be falling anyway? Hanabi is supposed to be important for once, but why? All we are getting in advertisements is NH and the scarf.

The scarf and hinata are replacing sakura as a main character.

Exactly. Marketing has been so focused on Hinata and her scarf they've lost sight of what their actual Naruto fans want, the non-shippers.

I was thinking Kishi's favourite "romantic" movie is 500 Days of Summer and the main character here by all accounts seems to be Hinata, so maybe it'll be unfavourable on her account?

The only hope I have is that Toneri explains more of this "dream state" he put Hinata in so I can use it as an explanation for the crappy epilogue.

I'd feel bad for the ones that aren't complete jerks if it were to occur, however I'd be pretty interested in seeing Forneverworld's video if this were to happen.

Exactly.. and what about Toneri?The villain and what he wants to do? We have what, two scenes of him and his sketches? Like Sakura. That's nothing. He's the villain and the reason why all this is happening in the first place. We had more on Obito for RTN. What are they hiding? I feel like this movie is going to be so much more than Hinata and her feelings. 

Same. They're definitely overselling Hinata. I just can't honestly see Naruto fall for her. Especially since he's known for a while that she likes him and he's done nothing.

Marketing seems too intent on spoiling the film. I wouldn't be surprised if the leaks were intentional.

Yeah, I hope that the movie is their penance.

Thinking about it, what I would've liked to have happened in the LOI during the confession is for Naruto to be forward, lay Sakura with a kiss and say something like, "You don't love me yet, but someday you will" then walk off with Kakashi and Yamato at his side. Play hard to get just for once lol

Nope they'll only do a rant video about the NS fandom. Granted that petition was a pretty stupid idea, but there's no reason to make a video about it where it'll encourage more hate towards us.

I know huh? I mean it just doesn't make sense for him to do that. Like you said he's been aware of her feelings for so long, but after 2 years he's suddenly going to reciprocate now? No, that's not how it's done. The only reason why you wouldn't address them or even mention it is because you already hold feelings for someone else. The marketing is good and bad.. even with stuff they've said it's contradicting? That narrator comment was for nothing? Lol no.  
 
They probably were intentional. I can't see how a big movie like this would let it's sketches get leaked? Not to mention there are so many things off with them compared to 700. The quality of some are terrible too. God I can't wait til this is over 

Same here and hopefully when the dust settles NS rises from the ashes. No matter the ending, they've screwed around with their fans.

Yeah what was the point of that comment? To mislead us? Like Wth, none of this marketing stuff makes any sense. I think someone mentioned false advertising before but if NH is really canon then that means they were falsely advertising NS to fans to keep them buying the manga.

Sakura has an excuse for not realizing Naruto's love because he's never confessed to her.
Naruto knew about Hinata's love and still did nothing. Only two years later when Sakura goes off the market does he finally start to fall for Hinata.
It is such a sh*tty love story.

Thats what make it so sad. Even if i am a shipper, i too think there should be more to naruto manga than pairings. Cant we even have team 7 bond? Or the "konoha rookies".

For a shounen manga to end mostly to pair up everyone is disturbing. It didnt even highlight what is the true essence of the manga. I mean for a manga who keeps on telling us that its shounen which means romance is only a subplot.. they sure mess up on this.

Just why are we getting this cheesy movie of a side character instead of focusing on the ALL the characters we love? There is more to life than Hinata.

The epilogue nor this movie didnt and will not give me nostalgia. When all i see around is people saying they feel nostalgic is absurd to me.

Hey shouldnt i feel nostalgic at all since nh ss was my first ships? Nope! All it brings me is the strange feeling of disconnect.


On another note.. ive been seeing that kishis fave is 500 days of summer. If i compare that to this manga.

Sakura would be that fun, amazing, monumental, beautiful woman who made such a guy so in love and then later on leave him in a state of devastation.

But thats really not the case. Since they just purposely deleted all the development of sakura and her bond with naruto.
