Taka wasn't my favorite collection of faces, but they had their moments. I grew to appreciate them for what they represented as Sasuke's new family.

Unfortunately, they were reduced absentminded shortcomings on the laundry list of injustices that those last two chapters and Pierrot's handiwork commited.

 

 

So that tidbit about Orochimaru returning is actually true? You should understand that a source will be necessary to verify the rumour.

Did he? I could have sworn that mixed in with something false. I don't remember. But to think if true, the villain that was from part 1 and lasted to 2 is going to get jobbed out by Bolt and/or Sasuke in a non-planned sequel. Wow, that's something my best friend will hate so much, let alone me.

There is no NS novel. It would make 0 sense considering the ending and how they are pushing the last. There is only one way that any NS story is going to be written now and that is fanfiction.

I don't think that's the idea. The idea is that he has to finalized it by doing the ceremony or some sort. So now he's all afraid or something like that, but Obito said you got to be Hokage because of reasons, then you must. Tsunade is not even dead or retiring. Chapter 700 even have her younger. What's the point? You're telling me all the sudden she's done? BS.

Honestly if they were going to give Tsunade such a pathetic ending they should have just killed her off in the war and that would be a somewhat more acceptable way to have Kakashi become Hokage.

I suppose that explains why Orochimaru was resurrected then. He was made to act as the big bad foil to little spawn brats whom he doesn't know and has no significant connection to.

A lot of characters that have no purpose in the aftermath should have die. Even Gai. Probably popular saved him. Tsunade, probably the easy NS moment request since it's given, was spared. Hell, you can argue Neji's death was in vain since it didn't go anywhere with the movie.

This series is a mess.

One thing I should clarify:

Hiro and Kishi are night and day in terms of work. I mean the former granted us the prequel, side stories, at times 3 chapters in one release, and recap story. That's one hard ass worker. Not to mention he can be contact by Twitter. Sigh.
