not looking forward to it either if they're gonna be like the ashxserena shippers overblowing it on youtube calling it the new ashxmisty, or the people acting like anyone that thinks its just a crush "watched selectively". I'm gonna probably not watch this season just to avoid the mess and how it'll be the b/w 2.0, only way I'll watch it is if the writing is as good as xyz or if misty does somehow make a return(which I highly doubt, I would hope so though since she's the one that fits for a returning character the most for this region). otherwise I'll pretend it doesn't exist just to avoid the rabid shippers and the bad writing.

It's very possible there won't be any pairing in Pokemon. All that matters is Ash getting a good title for himself, seeing new pokemons and pokemon battles.

Its says that it will be shorts going through all the game the one in the trailer are from first gen. I put the text beneath the video.

I think/hope this is just a test to see if they should do another pokemon origins for the other generations. Pokemon x and y and origins were made by the same team and both were very popular in the west but not so much in Japan. While pokemon best wishes was incredibly popular in Japan and not so much in the states. So they may be putting that team back on sun and moon anime to get back the Japanese, and may put the x and y team on a potentially new anime for the west.

Okay from what I notice, Ash "appears" to have some traits from XY and XYZ series just from the trailer alone, but The first episode is what'll help me determine that 100%. 

 

Second WTF on Ash?  like how does Lillie look better than him?   Not hating on Lillie cause I do want to get to know her character, but what?? 

 

 

 

On a positive note: 

 

The Finale to The Team Flare Arc this week was Amazing, and it's gonna suck that we're giving up XYZ for the quality of Sun and Moon.  I mean it could be another One Punch Situation for the manga where its got a unique story, but not so great on art.  Maybe Sun and Moon will prove me wrong when it comes to the story aspect, but for now I'm 50-50.
