At least , we didn't see any NH/SS physical contact kiss , hug ,......etc or wedding in manga

I guess that's the silver lining. I didn't think #699 could be topped by this final chapter is very close.

 

With no prior warning at all, a plethora of different developments are thrown at us. Most of them don't even make sense and felt as though they were shoehorned in at the last moment to add depth to this new world order. I don't know about all of you, but this...horror is dissuading me from coming near the manga ever again.

 

How can you seriously rationalise any of this when it was just two chapters ago we received that climactic tragedy with Naruto and Sasuke losing their arms while reconciling with each other? All of it - Part 1, Akatsuki, Orochimaru, Obito, the war, the quality of the art, the attention to detail, Sakura's likability, the cohesion of the plot, the principles of the manga as a whole was torn up and thrown away. I can't even recognise Naruto anymore.

Yeah NS has a bond but not in a 'romantic' way. I think their bond was like brother and sister, only caring about each other. Sakura showed romantic bond with Sasuke, it was one-sided tho..

I think that because you already read the end of this manga, thus why you can come to that conclusion.

I dont think i could ever hate Sakura. Kishi has been misusing and ignoring her as early as early part one. I saw so much potential in her and he would tease something awesome for her only to throw her bare bones.

No idea. Kishimoto was always bad at pairings. His main focus was never on pairings.

Yeah i think at one point kishi did want naruto and sakura together but when he put himself into corner with pairs  he lost that chance...

oh trust, I think they care. Their ship kittening suffered. No development, no moments in the epilogue, nothing. Just some kids. Not only that, but this ending made no damn sense. 699 had so much potention to end team 7 for good. 700 could have been fixed. Choji and Karui? lol BYE. 

 

I did not invest 7 years into this series only for it to go down the drain like this. Wait kind of ending is this? It would have been so much better to see Naruto BECOME hokage in this epilogue and show him with his family then. Not see him already as Hokage and show some kids next panel.
