Confession will probably happen, but Sakura can confess again in another way as in not like the situation of before. But, if one of them will confess, I think it will be Naruto this time.

 

NS being canon can go in a few ways.

I kept thinking and I know that this is fanmade but what if this happened?

I always thought that Sakura will be the one to push it first but it will end up with Naruto doing a confession kinda like a double confession you know call it a gut feeling XD  When it happens I think it will be the moment before Naruto goes to fight Sasuke , but yes NS has so many ways to go about canon and that is why its interesting to me  trying to figure it out how lol XD .

Knowing Naruto, he'll get flustered and say it at anytime if he's determined when he's with her.

Well this was a right in the feels chapter. Naruto and Minato stuff was brilliant. Depending you point of view you ether love/okay/indifferent/hate the madara & hashirama and Kakashi & Obito stuff, look on the bright side. Madara didn't change his ways and Kakashi no longer has the powers that brought up a large complaint  a few weeks back. I suppose some people were bond to whine that Madara didn't get a proper end or the sasuke inzuna thing wasn't brought up (my guess is that people might of miss interrupted it when it might of just been a way to show how heartless Madara was at the time). Anyway the war is finally coming to an end though their are still things needing explanations, but on the bright side I here complaining every week about the war.

He might be hesitant, perhaps even somewhat apprehensive, to confess any romantic desires to Sakura because of his self-inflicted expectations of rescuing Sasuke, but he's never held a grudge against her for what she did at the Kage Summit (regardless if it was a well-intentioned, yet poorly executed strategy for easing Naruto's conscience). I'm not certain if he would react in this way or not. He's closer to fulfilling that expectation. But in his mind, it may not be enough until Sasuke has truly come over to the right side, with no darkly motives or secrets, and Sakura can choose him when there's an equal footing (or a perceived equal footing) that gives Naruto the same chances of being chosen as the one her heart is truly dedicated to.

I think he doesn't care what the fans think. But, he sometimes make some fan services for some characters from what I've saw in the manga.

Not the weirdest or even the most unlikely, but the execution would need a stronger force behind it to convince someone as pig-headed as Naruto that Sakura is being sincere. Taking a firm stance against Sasuke's nefarious outlook on society and the bijuu would be a start. To get to that intimate acceptance, I think Sakura needs to push herself in a way that makes Naruto realise that she's not just motivated by their friendship and similar ideological beliefs, but his happiness, something that can enable Naruto to comprehend the depths of her personal commitment to him, a commitment that is so strong he understands who the most important person in her life is.
