I don't think sakura will get a power up in this arc, maybe she will get stabbed. Sakura ceiling is lower than her two teammate.
Kakashi will likely piggyback obito.

Yeah, I'm going to wait. And I do think she will get power-ups. Sasuke's commentary was an obvious introductory of what's going to come.
I just wanted to point out that there is no point in being satisfied about her tiny 'natural' power-ups when the manga itself values huge 'asspull power-ups". If Kishi is trying to portray those godawful power-ups Naruto and Sasuke received as 'decent', then we just have to accept that that it is 'decent'. (Although, I can't help but admire Sakura more than Naruto and Sasuke)
Ans this is the comment I was waiting for. Glad you say this buddy. :-)

I will be happy when Sakura stops thinking about their backs all the time before she does anything...and just does it because she's a bad@ss in her own right and she knows it. Power-up or no, if she's still having that flashback about them walking away from her before she draws on her own strength, then she's not using her full potential. She needs an emotional power-up.
She will never have their power. She will never be on their "level." But that's okay, because she does things they will never be able to do. She can heal, she can use her chakra to mend tissue and bone. Those ham-hands only know how to destroy, but Sakura knows how to restore, to resurrect from the dead. In my book, she's already at their level if not beyond. She's the top medic and the top kunoichi. She's mastered two fields in the time Sasuke and Naruto have mastered one.
I don't care about the power-ups. It doesn't matter to me if she gets another one or not. I'd much rather see her believe in herself for a change. Her self-esteem is where she needs the power-up.

I would like Naruto to include her in his plan or anything.
He hasn't boosted Sakura since a long time.
Now that Sasuke is here, she needs it again, like when she was younger. Because Sasuke is toxic to her.
I hope Naruto boost her in the upcoming chapter.
I also want her to stand for herself, but I want Naruto to say something to her. Because he has always felt like she was great.
He has just said something to Sasuke, but I don't think that's enough to boost her.
I hope Kakashi would say something too.

Well Naruto is doing the talking until Madara got interrupted. So if he does his speech, Sakura will get hyped up. Don't believe me? Look at 628.

I don't know whether someone already posted about this or not. From Chapter 657, when Sasuke tells Madara of his action:
Seems like he will now

I think this time it's different.
She needs something to boost her self esteem.
She's downgrading herself since long ago.

Not really. It's more like the team isn't suited well with Sasuke around. I mean if Sasuke did at least act like back then, none of this wouldn't happen. Doubting herself, if it is, starts now. Not long time ago. Naruto can boost it up. Yes, it is a different scenario, but Naruto always have something to say that will bright up all of them. If he's not there, no one will be motivated. Kakashi couldn't do it, so Naruto can. He won't be like, "Oh Sasuke is right. Damn." So in other words, Naruto will be the key to motivate them. It won't be about him, it will be about all. You'll see.

Unless if he create a plan to make them usefull but Naruto is not Sora, what Sora did with Stephie was brilliant. Not really. It's more like the team isn't suited well with Sasuke around. Time will tell. I'm not 100% but anything is possible. Else, might as well put them under genjutsu in the first place. Once again, since I first join here, Kishi has these "pieces" in place for a reason.Unless if he create a plan to make them usefull but Naruto is not Sora, what Sora did with Stephie was brilliant.

Oddly enough, Kishi did write the whole suffix explanation. It's not all, but it's more like take it as a reference for this series only. So...yeah.
He did? When? I don't think I've ever read this particular rule book.

Have you not been reading the manga recently? That's happened like two weeks ago already, not even Kishi would reuse that again so soon, he'd wait atleast another month.
I wonder if Madara getting stabbed means we'll be getting a Flashback of the inbetween years next week? It's sort of customery when the enemy gets defeated that he gets a flashback, and there are allot of unanswered questions from what he actually read on the Tablet and why he chose to follow that route, and we really have no idea how he managed to get the Ten-tails body in the first place, was he the one that had the Uzumaki homeland destroyed? How did he implant his eyes into Negato without him known or even unlocking the eyes for years? If Madara is indeed defeated then it means he gets a flashback so we could find ourselves having to wait a few weeks to see what happens next.
Ofcourse with Kaguya as the new final boss, it means we have potentially another flashback to look forward to...though the only thing I want to know about her is if she is an alien or not.

I'm a firm believer that when it comes down to it, strong people have the strength to make decisions on their own. Even if Sakura is going to end up being the last one standing, I expect her to keep fighting for her own ideals like she did in the forest of death.

I thought it was obvious enough that I'm joking.

I understand that, though she has done so couple of times already, including going after Madara instead of backing out. However, this one everyone is out of sync. Kakashi is too logical, Sasuke's ego is too huge, Sakura feels like everything is getting worse, and Naruto is trying to keep it balance. Plus, they're about to fight what Hagoromo feared the most which by the way said to be "game over." That's too much discouragement right there. Hell, I'll probably go all Aliens "Game over, man! Game over!" So yeah, this does need one. If it doesn't happen, then ok.I might be the odd one here but I prefer Inner Sakura to do the boosting more than Naruto. I want her to get motivated by her own instead of relying on Naruto to recharge her. What if Naruto isn't there and she gets demotivated? Is she just going to stand there lacking self esteem and being useless?

It would be awesome if Inner Sakura appeared and gave Sakura a power boost, because IMO Kishi should have had Inner be a shadow for Sakura instead of Madara. When I saw that I instantly thought "BullSh*t!" because, Sakura actually could have had some foreshadowing(and somewhat did.), but Madara got that ability out of nowhere.
So Inner giving a power boost, could tie up her role and explain a few things. Plus, I agree it would be better for Sakura to get her own power up without Naruto giving it to her.
He's mine, don't touch.

I thought Inner Sakura and Sakura became one and the same after Part 1? Wasn't Inner Sakura basically just her suppressing her real personality?
Anyway, I definitely do agree Sakura needs a confidence boast right about now. And it doesn't have to be by Naruto. It could be done herself. We don't want Sakura to be like Hinata who always relies on Naruto as a confidence crutch and never really believes in herself unless she thinks back to Naruto. (not bashing, just stating facts)
I don't like that about Hinata tbh. She needs to develop her own personality and really believe in herself without always using Naruto as back-up. That's why I don't understand it when fans argue that Hinata grew and developed so much when the only way she'll really grow and develop is being confident without needing Naruto and focusing on her leading her Clan more than Naruto's acknowledgment.
But lately, especially after this chapter, I feel like Hinata developing that way is already a faraway dream at this rate. It's really disappointing.
