That was proved, and moreover her reaction seems to me that she was wavering after she heared about Neji's death.

Im talking about sakuras panel on 615, you can say what you want about what it could mean, but NO one knows what it means yet, hell she could be constipated there and thats y she made that face for all we know. It hasn't been said what it means yet.

She claims in 573 that they'll fight together, yet is no where to be found in 617 when that time actually comes.

calm down... Even Akamaru gets a panel in this chapter... I very doubt that Kishimoto forgotten her and just remember Akamaru... He has a purpose for her in this battle... i just guess what.... Hope that she won't have the same destiny as neji's... I don't want that she dies...

She's a main character and the heroine, she won't die. Plus, if she ever died, she will be resurrected. She can't die.

What I don't get is why Kishi hasn't shown Sakura even in a single meager panel. There's no way Sakura didn't cross his mind when he was considering what to do about Naruto's dislocated shoulder. It's like he's intentionally not showing her. And if it's to do something big later on then that's poor writing because he's been glorifying Hinata while Sakura is god knows where.

Iv'e seen some of his posts, I think hes a NH fan, but I don't know if it can be called trolling hes just been posting his opinions, tho I don't exactly remember his posts lol

I think the essence of the anger here is the fear that Sakura will just remain in the background until the battle is over. This might not be the final fight, but it's the fight with the fate of the world at stake so given that Sakura is basically Naruto's closest friend, plus the fact that she herself said they were going to fight together it makes the most sense for her to be along side Naruto in this monumental fight.

The fight with Sasuke will be something that Naruto does alone, this is the only fight that where they can fight together against adversity, so it would be a huge disappointment for Kishi to leave Sakura out just like that. And that's why I believe that she will appear sooner or later. If the battle ends and she doesn't make anything important then I won't know what to think of Kishimoto anymore. It would be the hugest betrayal he could possibly give to Sakura, and that's why I can't believe he would actually dare to do something like that.

Kishimoto spent so much time building up Naruto and Sakura's bond. The reason she chose to become Tsunade's apprentice was because she wanted to be helpful to Naruto. If Sakura can't at least be of some direct assistance in this deciding fight then Kishi would truly be spitting in Sakura's face.

On one hand it worries me that Kishi is simply looking for an excuse to not use Sakura, which is why he suddenly made Tsunade state that a medical ninja can't be in the front lines. But on the other hand I can't believe that Kishi would be that disrespectful to his heroine. Sakura's whole aspiration for which she endured the rough training of one of the Sannin was for the sake of being able to help Naruto, but if she doesn't get involved in this fight it would be like saying that Sakura's aspirations were not really important in the first place.

Sakura didn't train for nearly three years just to have her climax at healing people in the background. Which is why I'll hold to be believe that she will indeed have a big role, if she doesn't then Kishi has utterly failed as a writer.

I also refuse to believe that her big moment can only come when Sasuke appears. I mean, what exactly would she do? Sasuke is Naruto's opponent. Her big moment will be to fight someone from Taka? As interesting as that can sound I would feel so disappointed that Kishi would purposely leave her out of the fight with the Juubi (destroyer of worlds) just for that. Not to mention that she said she would fight together with Naruto along side everyone. I don't know about any of you but I refuse to accept the concept that fighting together simply means healing in the background.

Maybe Kishi just used Sakura in 573 to emphasize how all of the army was going to help him, but if that was the case then why on earth mention how she as an individual would be together with him. Wouldn't it had made more sense if she said "Naruto, don't worry, I'll heal anyone in trouble with my medical jutsu. I'll make sure the whole army fights together with you". Sakura's role in the background would make more sense that way.

It would all just be stupid if Sakura doesn't fight this time. She trains for years in order to help Naruto, but it culminates in her being on the background and not being relevant to Naruto in any way. The reason I believe Sakura will fight is because I can't possibly believe Kishi would be that monumentally stupid and inconsiderate with his own heroine.

You know what I'm thinking that could probably redeem Sakura? The Alliance all getting very hurt and Sakura getting some real badass power-up and heal them all. Otherwise, I don't see any way that Sakura's character can be redeemed.

Nah, we've already seen her heal. Unless she has a unique healing technique, but I want her to fight. If Rock Lee can kick Madara, Sakura can do something too. Either Madara doesn't give a kitten(which I am tired of), or the power levels are getting up and down. If this happens, I hope Katsuyu does it. Sakura is not a staminafreak.

I don't think Sakura's character needs to be redeemed just yet.
I'm just going to wait a few chapters to see what Kishimoto's plans are for her.
If he doesn't deliver then we can panic.

Well, to be honest, I fairly believe Sai was somewhere in the back with Bee, last time he was saw with Bee. But Sai isn't that important as Sakura is to be honest.
As for the Juubi or the others, I already said it, it will be like the others did it as well, nothing to be very proud of...

And if Sakura really does something special with her healing abilities, she will definetily stand out, they could easily target her. Maybe we'll see why medics should stay out of fights LMAO XD

Yeah, but don't you think that there's still a good time for this arc to finish. I mean it was just in 616 and 617 that she didn't appear, well, along with 2 or 3 upcoming chapters. Plus, nothing will change now. Sakura will reappear eventually. We just have to see what she's going to do XD
