Hehe, no prob. Well to tell you the truth, I never seriously considered being a lawyer until a few months before I had to apply for college. My first choice was actually psychology but I didn't get in because they have a killer application exam. So yeah, I got into law and learned to love it. But hey, I'm still young... I'm finishing law soon so I can try psychology again later, right?

Law course here in the Philippines is 4 years, though you have take a 4-years undergraduate course first to qualify. After that is the bar exam. *_* I'm currently graduating my first Bachelor's degree and I've been planning to work first.

Yup you're young....not that I'm not but I never got to finish college and now my family is growing so yeah who knows when I'll get to go back to school. The exams suck, so does the money you pour into your education, and the stress is such a pain. However it's worth it in the long run so keep going Kim!!

Well it's similar here. Law is 5 years, but you don't have to work longer than a year to take the bar exam. After all, it takes you about a year to learn everything for the exam.

I'm not sure about the duration of the exams here, but I agree with you. You really need to take a break and study after completing the course. I don't think I can work and study by that time so I guess I'll take law once I'm stable enough with regards to financial issues since I don't want to bother my parents any longer. Hahaha XD

Kyrie, it's never easy to work and study at the same time, but if something is really important to you, you can make it work.

True, true! I'll see how things go after my graduation I guess. There's a lot of things I want to do and so I need to prioritize everything first. After that I'll commit myself to whatever it is that I came up with.

@Phantom, I don't have exams right now, they start again at the end of April but that means I have to prepare for them while I still have time.

So yeah, I haven't talked about anything lately because my days have mostly been the same, especially this week when I decided I should really put more effort into studying for this exam if I want to pass it. But don't worry you guys, I haven't forgotten to rest and spend at least some time enjoying these beautiful spring days.

Actually I wanted to talk to you about the hazards of drinking. No seriously, I'm not here to give you some kind of class on how to behave.... but I don't know if it's just me or has this problem become bigger than before. For instance every time I'm in the tram or bus at about 8 am I see a drunk person babbling nonsense. And I'm talking on a word day people, not Saturday night. And today I went to college to sort some things out and there was a really hungover girl throwing up at the bottom of the stairs. I am serious.

That's good. As long as you give your best while taking care of yourself, you'll do just fine.

Oh... and drunk people... I believe you, since I've also seen my share of experiences.
I hope no one slips on those stairs.

Hmm Well just don't imitate them. that's all. I usually drink some alcohol occasionally but not to the point of getting bombed, and definitely not when driving. That said are you getting the material alright for studying?

Thankfully I never had to throw up myself when it came to alcohol since I know when to quit, but it's never a good thing when you're throwing up, and it has to do with drinking too much.

@Louis, I'm sure I'll do good. And I'm sorry to hear that, drunk people can be really hard to deal with.

Considering that in my case, the ones who give me a hard time when drunk are the ones closer to me, your words are just the reflection of my life during the weekends. Anyway, putting that aside, I encourage you to give your best on your studies and as I said before... to watch out for slippery stairs. XD

@Kevin, bielieve me, imitating them is the last think I wanna do. I can't explain how awful that looked. Yeah, I basically do the same thing as you. Way to go, I'm proud of you. I have all the material I need, at least I think so...

I vowed to never abuse alcohol for the res of my mortal life since I was 13. Anyways I pray for your success in your exams
