And then he demanded I dismiss the charges despite not filing the proper paper work! You two were doomed the moment we filed a lawsuit! Stop resisting and pay your fines so you can go back to being a contributing, productive citizens instead of a burden to the tax payers!

You must be mistaken thinking this is a traditional court. If you look on your summons it will clearly say it exists in reality #2, on the moon in the milky way.
