Kishimmoto is literally telling the kids to say " kitten you" to their parents. Naruto disobeyed every rule Kushina asked him to follow and lied to his dead dad for lolz. Meanwhile, I bet Sakura's parents tried to convince Sakura to move on and not marry Sasuke, but she just moved out and ignored their advice, like most teens in love do.

 

I bet part 3 is gonna have the children openly defying their parents, cause they "don't understand" their kids, so they run away and end up getting kidnapped by Orochimaru or something like that, kicking off the great rescue mission, which will actually give Kishi a reason to bring back Sasuke, since he still wanders the world after ten years.

 

That premise isn't going to work with the powers that Sasuke possesses. Orochimaru would be torn asunder with nothing left but a crimson smudge remaining on the ground. If Kishi hopes to establish some kind of meaningful confrontation then he will need to keep the twice blessed demigods known as Sasuke and Naruto as far away from the area of interest as possible.

 

Although without any kind of intervention the spawn would be easily subdued and transformed into Orochimaru's specimens. They don't carry the same experiences as their bearers. The era in which they were born in has been rife with the political/military/economic stability necessary for a cosseted upbringining. Any training they received likely amounts to a bare bones novelty act intended for preserving traditions instead of preparing children for intensive combat.

 

Who knows what established truths or characters Kishi will cast to the dogs though. Perhaps the Hinata spawn will unlock some awe-inspiring never before seen variation of the mutant eyes that gives it power superior to all of the resources, intelligence, and experience of a Sannin at the timid age of 10 or whatever childlike age it's at.

 

You shouldn't expect the Sasuke spawn to contribute much in terms of direct combat. Privileged though it may be with its Uchiha genetics, the stigma associated with being conceived as a female will stifle any potential growth it may have acquired if the sex were male instead. Kishi and his ilk will make certain of that.
