True, although I'm sure a majority of people would call BS on that. It'll give all the majors involved in this project bad names and it may affect Naruto's future success as far as the mini series, anime and merchandise go.

I just don't think the current state of the ending makes much business sense for them in Japan. Not so much the state of the pairings (which was pretty poorly done) but a movie that may override the manga.

Aha I'm a bit confused.. so the movie will start off a genjutsu from different perspectives? 
 
That's the thing though! The epilogue is so ambiguous and maybe this is why. Have the true ending in the movie and let part 3 start off with what really happened in 700. ;)

People would call major BS on it, like they are with Hinata suddenly seeming like she's becoming the heroine of the series (which is why I know Sakura will have a huge role). Add that with a whole movie about a side character feelings for the main character, and her also being put in art alongside Team 7, it's already not sitting well with too many people.

i'm loving the idea of hinata being in the IT where naruto shows feelings towards her. i think that's why she looks so depressed throughout this whole promotion, because she knows naruto has never been that kind of guy around her. it would also explain "naruto feeling love for the first time". the naruto in her IT is feeling it for the first time. when she gets out of the IT she'll be able to move on knowing that there's someone else who truly makes naruto happy.

Do me a solid old boy, and just call the Uchiha thing Salad. SS calls her Sarada to pretend her name isn't Salad. Would you call Lee Rii? Same thing. Kishimoto named the kid after an appetizer choice. SS can get it all cause Kishimoto is a hack but they are stuck with that stupid name.
