I'm referring to Twilight. Did she really have to jump off of a cliff to get the guy to save her, which is a huge gamble? Really? kittening really...
Bella jumped off the cliff to have a hallucination of Edward not for Jacob to save her.
Intentionally playing with guys' or anyone's hearts is a bad thing though. But some guys like the challenge? Which is the reason Nardo liked Sakura in the first place because he saw her as a trophy to win against his rival lol.

Really stupid move on their part to lower the main character's feelings to that level of shallowness, even though there wasn't a single indication in the manga that Naruto liked her for that reason.
