I see no reason to believe that Hinata's feelings are going to be reciprocated by the end of this movie. During these times, you have to question where Naruto stands romantically, and when we look at the manga as as a whole Naruto loves Sakura?
It's always been incredibly hard for feelings to be reciprocated in this manga, and nothing seems to happen between Naruto and Hinata during the two years after this movie. Hinata is even shy about giving him a scarf...
Why would Kishi show NaruHina in the epilogue and a movie that starts with Naruto and Hinata not even dating yet? People would assume that Naruto still loves Sakura from the start and it would be weird to see him reciprocate.
