When did Naruto sort of stop being a manga about Ninjas? Was it the beginning of the War Arc? During the 5 Kage summit?

We're not only going into the spritual world, but also into the universe and the moon. Before we know it, Boruto- The Movie will take place on  Mars on which Boruto will fight some Mars aliens.

I feel like the sense of realism ended before seeing the end of Pain Arc (revival). After that, well, Kage Summit was more on introduction to many new elements of the story that just became all destiny and nothing genuine. That was problem 1. I mean Naruto and Sasuke are already going to fight each other, why we have to think it's fate by gods. That's just destiny crap. That ruins the genuine feel. War is what killed it and just goes nuts.

Oh my... you just reminded me about those star wars scenes in the last, lmao, moon fight, so much of Final Fantasy 4.

I can take it! I would say eww that's gross but I can cotiinue no problem! There was a show that took it too far once but I forgot the name...lol This character is upsetting me! Yet...I feel for him...even the minor characters

If I knew nothing about Naruto and Sasuke's past, it's sad to say that the current Sasuke looks like a lot better of a guy than the current Naruto.

Nonono, I gotta watch Clannad and Clannad-After Story. That anime made me laugh and sad at the same time in just the first eight episodes or so (I don't really cry to movies or animes).

 

Back then, when I used to be 13-16, I really was obsessed with these kind of shoujos, but I've oversaturated my tolerance to these type of mangas. Nevertheless, I'll finish the anime and read a few chapters into the manga to see if it gets more interesting.

I mean, how many times have I seen these tropes and stereotypes before?: Student falls in love with a teacher, main character and someone else falls in love with the same guy, female protagonist hurts herself and gets a piggyback ride from the guy she has a crush on...

I'd rather read Akatsuki no Yona tbh.

You're right though...It's funny how Tobi declaration on war did more good than harm. Only harm is death, but good in terms of forever peace (see MGS, you were wrong!), Sasuke is cleaned, Hagoromo got his closure (I think?), Orochimaru is back (yay?), Kabuto is good and alive (yay?), and many more...

Who knew.

I already know what Season 2 is about. But I'm still getting feels. They managed to create one of the best shoujo animes ever w/out making the main two characters ever kiss.

I swear to god, that short girl Yuri Makita is making me wanna puke. Why does she remind me such much of Hinata ?!

I still can't believe that Kou Mabuchi from Ao Haru Ride has the same voice actor as Eren Jaeger from AoT

He might be the only reason why I'm still watching this cliche anime.

The heartstrings tug so tightly...I cried like a baby in After Story especially with landlady with blue hair pasts, I couldn't handle at how cute and sad it was..

No, I've seen the opening, and it wasn't that bad. I've skimmed through the manga and spoilered myself (stupid me). I was just so shocked you know... I honestly think that it might be psychologically too much too me.
