She wasn't in the top 10 even during the Kazekage Rescue arc, and that arc is widely considered to be Sakura at her pinnacle in the manga.

actually she has been often in top ten, especially in first part... the in 3rd databook pool, she is the popular kunoichi. But in the last poll, she was at 12^ place while hinata was at 10^. Not so much different anyway

I think people would remain the same. I mean in that arc, those villains were awesome. Not his fault (well to certain extent yeah). Do this. Have everyone dead, do what twilight do, and then you go. Not easy to make all things lowered. Well....anyway, not easy. Besides, people can be stingy in terms of staying with one forever. Iruka is the guy that keeps on saying, "How..." Because of that, it goes to show you people hardly change minds.

Well, yeah. But it's odd that Sakura received less than top marks for the arc where she was at the top of her game. The fact that Neji garnered more support than her when he's done next to nothing to justify his popularity spike at the beginning of Shippuden is even more ridiculous, unless those fans had SRA Neji in mind when making their decision.
