I'm planning to write my version of the last. Here's my summary.... the movie begins where 699 left off. Sakura tells off Sasuke. She gives Naruto a hug for keeping his promise. Then they rescue everybody from IT. Later on, Sasuke tells Sakura he's leaving because he has soul searching. Meanwhile Naruto meeta up with Hinata the tells her he's flattered by her feelings but doesn't feel the same way. She understand s then move on. Then he meets up with Sasuke and tells him that they'll meet again someday. He gives him the broken headband then Sasuke departs.

Later on Sakura sits on the bench reminiscing when Sasuke complimented her forehead. Then she hears a voice saying "You sure have a charming forehead makes me want to kiss it." She gasps then flashes back to Sasuke comments now realizing Naruto disguised himself as Sasuke compleinting her forehead. She reaches up to him then punches him he fell but she catches him, giving him a hug thanking him for compliment. They kiss then the prolouge ends. What do you think?

There's something that's been bugging me about this whole ending of Naruto that connects to "The Last".............Hamura.

Back in chapter 670 when the Sage of the six paths was finally introduced in the flesh, it felt like the story was going in the right direction when finally it showed Hagoromo. Ever since the Pain Saga the Sage of six paths has been the major character of mystery in the story that connected to the major points and lore within the story line. When he was finally introduced it felt like a relief of fresh air because the main storyline felt like it was finally starting it's Big climax. When he was explaining his past a bit I took the part about Kaguya's origins as a reasonable backstory plot into his legend of fighting the ten tails. But then there was a curve ball........all of a sudden a character named hamura was introduced as hagoromos brother and all of a sudden became a part of the sage's legendary battle against the Ten tails. O_o

I was skeptic at first because the story was always told that the Sage of six paths was the only one to face and defeat the ten tails........not have any cooperation with anybody else. So the story continues and we don't learn anything new about hamura rather then his looks and just idea of him fighting alongside Hagoromo. It's really almost if his existence was only created, and not only that but his mother Kaguya as well, to connect the story plot of "The Last" to the canon story.

If "The Last" did not exist and hamura was still introduced in the storyline of the manga then the only relavancy he would have had would be the other half of the "Sealing tattoos" alongside Hagoromo. But that's another brain twister that F'n Kishi didn't bother to explain about......how did Hagoromo came to possess both tattoos on his hands? If hamura was never created or never introduced then the story would have progressed just fine because we would have the idea in our heads that Hagoromo possessed both tattoos all along.

Honestly the idea of Hamura and Kaguya's characters and their plot relevancy must have been really drawn and planned really late into the game because the story would have actually been better if just let Rikudou Madara as the Main Big Villain of the storyline then create characters for their relanvancy in a future film .

Well, we know for sure that Kaguya was SJ's idea soooooooo...

I am not bothered by Hamura's introduction so much as I am bothered by the execution and sudden prowess of the eyes when Byakugan was nothing more than an X-ray eye vision sorta thing. But no, now it has to be given the relevancy of healing properties so we can give it to Hinata because kitten Sakura, right?!

 

And guys. could you please spoiler those horror gifs? NO offense to anyone but some of us don't take it very well. Thanks!

I get it that they had to bring back the relevance and nostalgia of the byakugan because above all of the kekken genkai (is that how you spell that?) the byakugan and the Sharingan were the most relevant and shown above all others in the series.

They were gonna make some sort of connection to the ending plot with those eye powers no matter how the story was gonna end because it was a typical Shounan battle style plot that you would have seen from reading other manga's.

But..........for the love of everything that is holy!!!

PLEASE!!!! Stop Spamming The Eye Poweres Already For kittens Sake!!! We already have the Sharingan for that!!!

And really? They're talking about arts of revival and kitten and they give THAT to Hinata?!?!?!

THIS IS DISGRACEFUL!!! A secondary character has no place becoming so powerful! This series was supposed to be about about Naruto's rise. He was supposed to surpass everyone. He was supposed to become a second Sage of Six Paths. WE GOT NONE OF THAT! His fight against Sasuke ended up being tie, when it should have ended by having Naruto finally standing triumphantly over his old rival. And now you're telling me that Hinata received  powerup that made her as strong as him. That he needed this secondary character to help him defeat an asspulled villain of little worth? It was bad enough when she usurped Sakura's position as the main heroine! 

 

I followed Naruto for over a decade. I spent my money. I became invested in the characters. Like many of us did. I did not want to see them screwed over like this. Hell, I even had high hopes for Hinata. I could not have expected such a completely half-assed attempt at an ending. What makes this worse is that I know Kishi is capable of so much better...

 

People can try to shrug this off. Say "what the hell can we do about it?"  Act like they want to move on. bullsh**! Fifteen years is a long time of time and money is worth our demand for something better. I say, any time anything Naruto related is released that he and SP and SJ should be called out on their bullsh**. They should be buried in angry letters, from both Western and Japanese fans, until they give us the truth! It wouldn't take that much effort on our part. Just doing what we always do, comment on the internet, but on wider scale. Spread the word, gain more supporters, especially in Japan if we can.

 

Remember this. It took a few years until after their releases for the Star Wars Prequels to be branded as bad movies. All it took was a few pissed off fans being louder than the rest. It's gotten to the point to where people act like they were worse than they really were. Shouldn't be too hard with something as legitimately bad as the War Arc and the Last.
