The Viz version isn't much different at all from the scanlations, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I am certain that Sai didn't told Naruto that Sakura is in love with him, at least not like that. He obviously told him in a cryptic way like Sakura chose you over Sasuke. If Sai did told him that Sakura wants to kill Sasuke because she loves him it DOESN'T necesary means love as in the romantic way. Like ciardha said Sakura obviously care for Sasuke, the person he used to be, the person whom she used to have a crush, the person who is a member of team seven her teammate.

Sakura like Naruto cares deeply for her teammate bond with team seven that's exactly why she couldn't go through with killing Sasuke. She cares for Sasuke because he's her friend I am a 100% sure that she has moved on from him since part 2 started and she gotten rid of her crush for him. She has come to terms with it a long time ago that he will never accept her feelings. If Sakura really loves Sasuke in the romantic way then:

-She would have left Konoha when Sasuke left not caring that she might end up dead or being part of Orochimaru's lab rats.

-She didn't care not betraying Konoha and Naruto and all of her friends.

-She would have betrayed Naruto and the village for real in 482.

-She would have killed Karin without hesitating joining up ith Sasuke.

as for Viz group of translaters im not really the correct person to ask.

Viz is the company that translates the manga as well as the anime to english, unlike the online translators they get paid for translatng and they are accurate to the actual raw.

and you say that the translation online is from paid translators ,so it is hard to be wrong becuase the translators get paid is i am worng? and i saw alot of sites and the sites have the same meaning of the translation and chapter 474 allll the sites the same meaning (killing the one she love)

I had a couple of years of the language in college and I try to keep my knowledge of the language and culture always fresh. My knowledge of the language is somewhat limited so it makes me kind of slow with translation, but I'm willing to do it if someone can find the raws.
