im sad to hear that, he was one of the most hardworking players in the NFL, and he was one of my favorite players though I was never a Titans fan. R.I.P. Air Mcnair

Just got a text about this a few minutes ago. Damn, really a sad case. McNair was a great player and always fun to watch him play. He was very welcomed here for the Ravens and had a great impact on the team even though he was past his prime. Left a lot of memorable moments with the Oilers, Titans, and Ravens.

That is truly sad...he was a very good football player, and that's a terrible way to go out. RIP.

Jeff Fisher found out about it in Kuwait. He was with the other coaches doing the NFL -USO tour. These two made the Titans Franchise. I remember watching their superbowl when they came a yard short of forcing overtime. Mcnair was one of the toughest players around.

One of the greatest defensive minds in NFL History, I salute you sir, thanks for your blitz happy scheme, the D won't be the same without you JJ.

At Least Favre is staying retired! Though John Madden must be severely heartbroken

I'm really sad to hear about JJ's death. Really one of the best Defensive Coordinators in NFL history...RIP.

He wanted to stick it to Green Bay, but he hates training camp and doesn't want to play another 16 games, I don't think he wanted to commit to another grueling season and he's only gonna get older.

Its still not fun to get cheated though. That was a definite forward pass.

Just like now I saw the Cardinals got away with pass interference on 4th down against us near the end of the NFCCG. Really ticked me off, but theres nothing to be done about it now.
