This actually brings up another double standard that we must all laugh at all things considered.
 
Sakura chases after Saasuke because he's hot? EEW she is such a S***! she's useless! She doesn't deserve Naruto (partially) because of this! 
 
Hinata is sweet caring submissive and is "hot" (in her cultists' minds)? WHY ISN'T NARUTO B**ING HER ALREADY!!!???

Yep and I find that sad Kratos is better than Sasuke. And they made Kratos the biggest kitten ever before the new one, though he had reason to the gods screwed him over again and again.

You can't sit here and say how bad characters are for treating Naruto like dirt, but as soon as Hinata starts treating Naruto like dirt, it is all of a sudden a symbol of female freedom and independence.

They fail at this so hard it is not even funny. Instead of fighting them on terms of who did more in the story or who was more important, I ask them this "How much of Hinata's involvement do you remember? Besides the Pein Arc confession, how many moments can you remember Hinata doing anything?"

And they just blank. They can't remember a single moment. They don't remember the ointment she gave him, they don't remember Neji dying, they don't remember Hinate healing Naruto's dislocated shoulder, nothing.

All they can remember is that she "loved him since the beginning" and "she confessed at the Pein fight." It is completely pathetic and they say they are "Hinata fans." I don't even like Hinata and I remember more about her than her own fanatics.

The only NaruSaku moment in Boruto that I can recall was when she seen Naruto and his shadow clones, and she watched him almost in a dreamy way like she misses him. I do not read the manga to know anything else.

Naruto was basically the "back-up boyfriend" in the logic of NH fans.
I could argue that Hinata was the back-up GF to Naruto, but that is giving her too much credit. She was basically the "well, I don't have any other choice. This or nothing." Yeah, they make it seem like all the girls in Konoha were after his kitten, but they were underage and just worshipped him like a hero and we only see these girls in the movie and nowhere else.

Of course, even the Hinata fanatic are like "Naruto the Last is only loosely based on canon so it is NOT canon."

The one movie that makes them is the same movie they also secretly don't want to accept.
