I'm just going to leave this here.
This is a brief summary of the sales talks regarding the movie.
Source: http://kanae.2ch.net...vie/1420507990/
Let's see the current movie ranking.
*1 **5474 劇場版
*2 **1699 96 hours requiem
*3 **1515 Baymax
*4 **1106 Morning sun of Vancouver
*5 **1048 Youkai Watch
*6 ***809 96 hours/requiem
*7 ***447 Hobbit
*8 ***335 Gone girl
*9 ***260 海月姫
10 ***253 Aoharaide
The sales are 1.75 billion yen. Their sales for the first week was a grand 5 hundred million yen, which you've got to admit was impressive. Now, let's compare to the other movies which had earned 5 hundred million yen in their first week, showing in Japan in 2014.
Forever 0(2013年末公開) First sales 540 million yen/ Final sales 8.5 billion(15.7倍推移)
GODZILLA ゴジラ 510 million yen/ 3.14 billion yen (6.2倍推移)
テルマエ・ロマエⅡ 490 million yen / 4.31 billion yen(8.8倍推移)
Transformer Lost Age 480 million yen/2.96 billion yen(6.1倍推移)
Even the famous kitten movie
Lupin the third 440 million yen/ 2.4 billion yen(5.5倍推移)
This goes to show how unusual THE LAST's sales are. The sales for the movie tickets of THE LAST has decreased unusually when they should have earned a lot more for a movie whose earned five hundred million yen in their first sales.
Let's compare to other anime.
One Piece final sales 6.8 billion yen
Evangelion 510 million yen/ 4 billion yen
Also, their profit doesn't seem promising either.
THE LAST shown in 273 theaters sales 1.75 billion yen
Gintama shown in 128 theaters sales 1.68 billion yen
And Gintama has barely done much advertising......
THE LAST's profitability is laughable at this point.
What is up with Gintama!? I know it's great, but why all the suddenly it's like what we all should have been popularized to the fullest!?
Anyway, so what is the conclusion you can come out with it?

The staff who were involved with this movie would probably have to take consequences. Also it is rumored that the writer for the RTN will handle the Boruto movie since the writer for the LAST movie knew nothing about the canon manga. What is up with Gintama!? Ohhh puuhhhhhllleeeaaaasseeeeeee! Christopher Nolan can make movies far far far far far faaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr better than Kishimoto. He is in a league of his own! Kishi doesn't even enter the gates of it. He is faaaaarrrrr bettwr than Kishi to be compared. They cannot be compared at all!!!Poor christopher Nolan...he must feel ashamed and sad that SP are better directors compared to him ! I'm sure he wished interstellar was as awesome as the last /sarcasm/

but other countries like mine will give studio clown what they want #believe it #faith in studio clown #faith in hinata
studio clown can continue to act like the clown they are, i don't care. i'm just never going to support any of their filthy works. i really like the series even so, the world is still beautiful but i'm going to stick to the manga.

I can't even say good bye to you for the last time
I'm sorry

Dang.
And really? She still works there? Lol. I guess she got to get high when writing for this next one. Hell, she might as well just be Sasuke and Bolt without going into Sakura because god knows how much kitten we all can take. But of course, it's a rumor. I hope not. Another person I respect, next to Junko.

I might've mistaken the meaning of earnings. What I meant was sales. Sorry for that.
Can you think of any reason why The Last's premiere is being delayed in The Philippines due to "technical concerns of the content"?

You don't say!
Too late now! The manga and the credible is all gone. I guess Kishi really didn't give a kitten when he look at the work. Seriously, Naruto did kage bunshin at age 5 or 8. HOW CAN YOU MISS THAT!!!!

No idea at all. Are they delayed in other countries as all?
The story is that in Philippines, it's been delayed to April 2016. Yes, 2016. We don't know why but it is a breaking news in the world of Naruto. It was supposed to release it this month, but now, we don't know what's going on.
