I honestly think that kishimoto wanted to be infamous. He purposely made an ending that would rub people the wrong way. That is what i feel.

Or maybe, if he really was pushed into it by SP/Editors, he made sure to do it in a way that everyone (or most everyone) would realize was stupid beyond belief.

we all know this to be true and that could really get this manga in trouble they pushed a abusive relationship and all it takes is one parent to see that and then the outrage starts and people pick up their pitch forks to hunt down kishi and his editors and I will be one of them   "he supports abusive relationships wth is this."

How in the world do not one of the NH kids have the Byakugan? I mean, I can understand not having the Caged Bird Seal (Naruto wouldn't have allowed it, or maybe he would have, being the neglectful father Kishi made him) but really? Two kids, both have fudging whiskers, but not one with Byakugan?

kishi/editors (trying to not only blame kishi) couldnt stand the sight of the kids having those eyes like the rest of the clan from what it seems, he could as well made narusaku the ending he wouldn't had to asspull any thing that doesn't make sense.
