They probably figured they had to kill Naruto's feelings for Sakura once and for all in order to try to make NH work, but in the end it only made Naruto look like a jerk. It's so ooc that I don't think anyone predicted it.

Yes! If Kikitten planned NH "from the start" why did he build Naruto into loving Sakura and ignoring Hinata? So it'd be more of a shock at the end when it's revealed that Naruto only saw Sakura as a prize and actually loved Hinata even though he barely payed attention to her for the girl he didn't actually love? Did Kikitten know what an assh*le Naruto would turn out to be with this plot? It's so stupid.

I read Number 245 plenty of times too, Sparda, and it more or less screams NS was planned! X-D Just from Sakura being happy to see Naruto, her embarrassment and joy, everything.

All I see is complaining for a different reason... like NH has it so bad for having all of 7 things robbed in this movie. Don't get me wrong, glad they realize it sucks, but they calling bad for all the wrong reasons

I know how that goes. My fanfic isn't gonna exactly do that, BUT it is gonna be taking a different direction from the end of Part 1, with a different outcome, just showing it's an AU through and through. What I wanna also see as an option is someone doing the story as a BIG reboot, like the first JJ Abrams' Star Trek movie, or even X-Men: Days of Future Past with time travel being involved (given there's space-time ninjutsu, it isn't impossible most likely), and changing being done from a certain point.

I believe neither NH nor NS were planned but NS had the superior development and would've made more sense story wise. NH was chosen all for the fans (both Hinatards and fangirls who wanted Sakura with Sasuke). Kikitten just didn't think the romance was important enough to end seriously even though in this story the romance ties in directly with the plot. It's MoneyMoto's own fault for making the stupid team 7 Love triangle and having unrequited crushes and parallels everywhere.

I don't know, you normally have a pairing decided unless you know you strictly aren't gonna involve any romance whatsoever, and if you do, it's strictly comedic purposes or a tease

The reason I said NS seems planned is because long time ago, he said he wanted to do romance for part 2. So we started off with NS and it really does scream NS to be the one, if not open ending with them being superior. Like you can watch other anime/manga has the same premise of hero and heroine know each other a lot, just matter of pull the trigger to make them together or just make them have a powerful bond of them all. Like I'm expecting that with other series. While it can be a bit disappointing, at least you know how strong they are. So having this conclusion is really, really, really bad.

yes, this person may have different reasons for why they are ooc, but that still is a big step up for a nh fan to actually notice it. i appreciate this post only because it's rare to find a nh fan that hates this movie
