Lets switch back to Naruto this time then.

NaruSaku vrs NaruTenTen

Naru10 was one of my first responses (5019). As other people mentioned, it's too hard to figure out her (underdeveloped) personality. At one time I thought she was crushing on Lee, then on Neji. Dunno now.

A page or two back, someone mentioned Gaara. I was trying to figure out who would make a reasonable partner (clearly not Sakura). The only person I could imagine was Hinata. It would even work politically: a respected Leaf family with the Sand Kage. (It would also open the door for ShikaTema. )

^^ Hmmmm, that would be a great idea and it could be the possibility of the end pairings, and it does not matter on development because that is irrelevant to the main story, but it would be one of those nice things.

In times like those, when allies get together romantically, it could either cause a feud between two nations or brings them further together. Fortunately, for our pairing, they don't have to deal with that problem.

Hmm...nice crack pairings. Really make me scratch my head. I have no idea how people come up with that. Randomly pairing characters?

On Tenten, yeah. No one knows anything about her. Well, other than she likes weapons and is a pretty normal girl I guess, judging from the minimal screen time. Then there's Gaara. Him, I can actually see paired for once. Mostly because he needs the love XD. But yeah, Gaara can be paired in the end with any random character with far less development and I'd be happy.

^^ I agree. It does not matter who's Gaara paired with, as long as it is not Sakura of course. I mean that dude, like Naruto, deserves true happiness and a family to share the love, man.

That and the fact that it really isn't important to the story and is just one of the sprinkles on the ending. It's the same with many other semi-important characters.

I'm sorry, but even if it is a crack pairing, it just can't happen, because Kabuto is such a douchebag, and even if he is on the good side, I don't want to see someone burying Sakura like that, that's what the haters are there for and even they are going too irrational with the hatred, sorry about that.

So what do you guys think the next conversation between Naruto and Sakura would be about?

I may have said this ealier, but I'm guessing it'll probably be something along the lines of Sakura scolding him for coming onto the battlefield, and Naruto telling her he wants to protect his friends. Hopefully then we'll have another reflection moment for Sakura, to resolve/add to that 540 panel a few months ago. At the very least, I hope we see her finding out about Naruto being on the battlefield. If the next time we see Sakura she offhandedly mentions Naruto being present, with no reaction to it, I'll be ticked.

LOL, we've been waiting so long for the Naruto/Sakura reunion, it feels abnormal. Seriously, it's been over 50 chapters since they've last interacted. I'm starting to feel bad for NaruHina fans, this must be how they feel all the time.

Hmm, I actually don't mind Shika/Ino. We don't see enough of them interacting, but I can see her complimenting either of her partners. Then again, I guess I mainly say that because of all the N/S fanfics I've read where Shika/Ino was sideshipped. I feel like it works better there, since Naruto seems to be closer with Shikamaru than Chouji, so we can see some fun double-dates.
But I really don't care as much about the supporting character romances. If I had to ship Ino with anyone, I think I'd like to insert her into NaruSaku somehow. LOL, NaruSakuIno is a pretty amusing ship.

LOL, that's funny, since that's one of the first fanfics I've ever read, and also one of the stories that got me into the idea of Naru/Ino. I love Sakura's reaction to seeing Naruto and Ino in the bathroom. .

I think Naru/Saku/Ino is sort of played around with in Icha Icha Fantasy too, which is also a great story. I enjoyed seeing Sakura and Ino fight over Naruto, but in a way more positive light than they did with Sasuke. But I suppose I'm taking this conversation off-topic, LOL.

Well, for side pairings and stuff like that, I would go for Shikaino, since they seem like they spend a good amount of time with each other, and just for the possibility of narusaku and them double dating, since they are all good friends and stuff like that. Personality-wise, I would have to say Shikatema, since their personality seems mesh well.
