Thats how I feel. Her part 3 look doesn't matter when her character has been destroyed and in canon about TEN years have passed since we last saw her. 

Of course she's not the Sakura we knew, she's dead and her replacement is bound to look different

no wonder majority of the women in op have big kittens and look like supermodels. it's targeted toward males. it would also explain how nami had this monumental jump in bra sizes. just take a look at my sig, i would not have imagined years ago that nami's breast would get that big, and that goes for robin too. edit: ahk please don't kill me for this xD.

Lol I think that the body proportions are fanservice maybe, but I don't think that what they wear is fanservice, given that they are pirates and are on the seas. I think OP's fanservice is moderate compared to some others. At least it isn't a focus of the story XD

A few points to some discussions in here :
 
1. Kakashi being Hokage is  total kitten  bc  for one he never wanted the position  and two bc it kittens completely  on Tsunade's character role in the manga which was watching and protecting the village until Naruto is fit to be a Hokage  that was her last dream for at least one of her precious people achieve that dream  and in the end we don't even get seeing Tsunade being happy for Naruto and passing the title to Naruto  it was never Kakashi's role or job in the first place  in short a total kittening retcon  sign .
 
2. Sakura sexuality in that poster  I agree with everyone  it was not her the way she was portrayed  its not her style , hers was more modern casual mix of tomboyish but still sexy  .  Seriously they oversexualized   her in here  revealing  her body  to much make up (and she never used make up like this in the manga)   to the the point she looks like Milf Stripper ugh!  And you have to be blind not see it  . For me its also inappropriate as she's portrayed as a mom also . .  If anything the boob implant extension is more then a proof for this  seriously its not different then what they are doing to Hinata  for Otaku's Fanservice purposes    .
 
Sakura is a Cherry Blossom  her beauty supposed to be natural  not masked it by using extensions . 
 
Not to mention another thing why this wrong is bc to me it makes her look insecure  in the way she looked before  as I reverts her to her P1 self again  when she criticized herself in Chap 3 for not being to hot  looking for Sasuke   as this a reason for why he should "love" her . Its superficial and disgusting  bc this is supposed to be a reason to keep Sasuke by her side a forced one  and the whole Irony of it is Sasuke still doesn't give a kitten as he's wondering of to his new redemption adventures .

1. Is a total clusterkitten, there was nothing pointing to it, it was Naruto who took spirits of being Hokage from Dan, Nawaki, Jiraiya, Minato, Obito. Kakashi wasn't even intrested in it after Tsunade colapsed after Pain's attack. He was forced to do it, and Naruto already had enough brain (pre 698) to handle situation, with advisor as Sakura/Shikamaru - he could be at least as drunk Tsunade in terms of usefullnes. Even Konohamaru foreshadowed this in beggining of part 2, that he would only become 7th Hokage. Oh.. and wasn't Danzou already 6th Hokage? So it means Kakashi 7th and Naruto 8th.

2. Total retcon of character, nuff said.

Basically this and  in the end Tsunade's  role was degraded to just Drinking Sake with the rest of the Former Kage's apparently that more important then her role in Naruto's life

Sakura is a grown women, and people change with age, Maybe she WANTS to feel sexy since her husband is never home. Maybe she's pampering herself, or taking a page from Tsunade's book. Who the hell knows, there isn't anything overtly sexual about her in that image. She just looks DIFFERENT. Which is expected because she's OLDER now and presumably more mature.

Also, why the hell do we even CARE how she looks? Its not Sakura so why should it look or act like her?

Then why are we criticizing Hinata for oversexualizing her ? We can say the same thing about her  but canon Hinata was always a closed up  . It portrays a wrong picture of them OOC that's all I'm saying  you would think Sakura's implants would be more then enough of a proof to show you that this is just for Otaku's Fanservice  . And I would say thematically with Sakura no its not expected or does it fit at all  not to mention she looses her originality  much like the rest of the Characters like Naruto  But that's only my opinion  . 

 

Well the bolded was my point their total change of appearance doesn't fit with who they were at all the Naruto and Sakura that we know of  its only a pointer of the BS we got in the end . Its not that I care I just wanted to point the inconsistency and rant a little .

Sakura's increase in bust is again, explained with age and having had a child. More importantly Its been TEN years. She isn't a kid, or a teenager anymore guys, of COURSE she is going to have massive changes--her detonated personality and development included. Those boobs do not necessarily= fanservice. They could be a legitimate way to make Sakura seem older and more mature. 

Hinata has ALWAYS been the character that FANS have over sexualized and panted over, Kishimoto apparently PURPOSELY gave her big boobs for that sole reason. Its a completely different scenario you're comparing here.

I also thought that was peculiar. Everyone has visibly aged in the last ten or so years. But Tsunade looks as youthful and sprightly as ever. As you said, she actually looks younger now than during the war. Before I might have assumed that her intended age was in the spectrum of 27-32 maybe. Now her face has kind of an innocent complexion fit for someone in their early to mid 20s that you can make out when she's talking with Mei. Either that transformation jutsu has been strengthened more to counteract Tsunade's ever increasing decrepitude or maybe she really has discovered her own method for immortality (eternal youth, to be more precise). Although I can't see the benefit in living forever when everyone you loved has long been deceased and their descendants are coming and going in a timeless cycle of birth and death right before your eyes.

 

If anything, Tsunade's clinging to her youthful looks instead of aging gracefully is another example of a female character in Naruto not developing at the end. Tsunade could have been shown with fine age lines, demonstrating that she'd accepted her position in life as a former kage and quasi elder, and someone who finally feels at peace enough with herself to let her real skin show through a bit. 

 

Instead she's just another victim of Kishimoto's destruction of the women in the series in the end.
