Ichigo doesn't show any romantic interest toward anyone and then he want to make a confession is not right. What right is orihime make a confession and then ichigo could ask to marry her. That's why people make comparison to naruhina.

Do you really think making an ichiruki pairing would make the ending any better? Both of them doesn't show any romantic interest toward each other and that's the biggest weakness of it. Have one of them do that, then ichiruki would be the strongest pairing to become canon.

I just thought Ichigo doesn't like anything but getting stronger and his powers lol(I changed it before I got a huge explanation of one word)

Pairing isn't really a big deal, it was unsatisfying how it went but I don't really care...I ship a crack ship...

Kubo took forever to make this feel this was EXACTLY how he wanted it because it felt so rush by the end.

While IchiRuki would have been "better", it doesn't make the ending any better. Just be similar, only I don't know who will force Renji to marry a woman to make the obvious next generation ending connection.

I don't blame you feeling that, but for me, I couldn't care less in the grand scheme. Depending on the story, romance is always an icing to me.

-Ichigo is an university student.
-Orihime is working at a bakery since she didn't have money for college.
-Uryuu's relationship with his father has improved and Ryuuken is paying of his medical studies.
-Chad works at a gym.
-Tatsuki teaches karate.
-Riruka works as a fashion designer for Yukio's company.
-Urahara sent his congratulations to Rukia and Renji. I guess this implies he is still alive.
-Isshin was Kaien's uncle. (making Ichigo and Ganju cousins )
-Komumura lives in the mountains as a wolf, though as far as the Gotei 13's records are concerned, he is dead. Only a few people know the truth.
-Kubo left a comment saying that, from the beginning, he wanted the manga to end with the meeting of Ichigo's kid and Rukia's kid.

I always think that bleach is one of battle manga that could use more of slice of life than the other manga.
Not surprise considering that this's pretty much yuyu hakuso succesor.

So bleach never had a chance of good ending, huh? He played us like a damn fiddle!

I do think he could have made it work, but I guess not for reason unknown. I wouldn't mind but the execution is key.

It did have a chance. But, never had a chance anymore of good ending after he agreed on the plan of buckling up everything in two chapters. Thus, similar footsteps of doing Kishimoto-ing XD

At least YYH already have a canon pairing to start off so people don't have to worry and enjoy the great trip.

That's why yyh is great. If only naruto and bleach did that like have a mini arc that brought naruto and Sakura together as a couple and develop them over the other chapter and with that it would have to take place before the land of waves. With have a couple more episodes before ichigo goes back to his world after aizen left and in those episodes ichigo and rukia become a couple.

NS only need naruto confession.
While ichiruki need at least one of them to develop romantic feeling.
