She has alwayw been popular and she may just be given her shot. Plus everyone else aside from us think its NH. We are logical but more logical than everyone else in the fandom?
Kishi never really cared to about Sakura, him pushing her to the side now wouldn't be surprising. All the haters were right apparently.

Sakura is actually listed as the 2nd character after Naruto in the credits for the movie. Above Hinata. Not to mention all of the character design releases keep showing Naruto and Sakura together. Even the new page with screenshots on it with characters at the bottom had:
Naruto, Sakura, Hinata, Shikamaru, ect.
They specifically put Sakura beside Naruto and in front of Hinata. Kishi has nothing to do with trailers. They're done by SP who LOVE Hinata. Of course they'll take every chance to make her look important. So far this seems just like RTN. They barely showed Sakura at all yet she was 2nd main character after Naruto, just like she's listed 2nd and shown together with him for this movie.
And if Kishi didn't care about her, why make RTN be about her and Naruto? He could have picked anyone to go with him. Why have her surpass Tsunade? Why have her be part of the New Sannin? Why have her as one of the only four conscious people left in the world? Why have her help seal Kaguya? And that's just in the recent War arc.

Sakura has second billing as has been heavily featured in promotional artwork but is barely in the trailers, and some of you think that means nothing? Give me a break.

I love her movie design

I'm sure Naruto does, too

 

Most of the designs look great, too. The animation even makes Naruto look great despite his stupid hair cut.

In the poster, Naruto is wearing the "red scarf of fate" with it pointing towards Hinata, as if it's supposed to imply that they end up together by the end of it. Studio Pierrot also chose comments in the website that encourage Hinata's feelings "reaching" Naruto, but none for Naruto's feelings for Sakura.

It doesn't really seem like her feelings get reciprocated by the end if it, though.

He's unable to remember Sakura, yet there's enough memory of side-characters who are usually treated as one-off distractions like Tenten in other movies to give them sketches and advertise them continually? How does that make sense?

Because Hinata is entitled to his love, y'know, even if he doesn't love her back.  I'm not going to say they all think that, but I've seen the argument enough from them to know that it is seriously used.

 

I like Hinata. I don't wish bad on her. But she's not entitled to Naruto anymore than Naruto is entitled to Sakura. It has to be two-sided.

That's an unneccasary harsh statement. Stop accusing before you saw the movie at least, or else it will bite you in the ass later

 

Very true. You can't judge the author before seeing the original work. And if Kishi had never made Sakura bright, she probably wouldn't have such a fandom like us.

If wikipedia has the official listing for RtN it goes : Naruto, Sakura, Tobi, Minato, Kushina, Sasuke, Hinata and then the rest.

Just saw the official trailer, their are so many freaking NH indications in the film

 

1. Naruto saying "Wait for me"

2. Naruto looking at Hinata(who did look very beautiful to me) on some roof top I guess

3. Naruto wearing the scarf all the time

4. The Naruto-kun by Hinata, although their was Naruto from everyone else as well

 

I don't know but I will like to see Naruto having some feelings for Hinata in the movie and see Sakura get hurt(I know it will be an asspull for Naruto to suddenly has feelings for hinata, but still) because Naruto has been hurt a lot when Sakura was/is always Sasuke-kun'ing'.

 

Though, I don't know if she will be hurt if Naruto shows feelings for Hinata because I have started to believe Kishi never meant for NS to become a romantic pairing otherwise he wouldn't have made sakura to have unresolved feelings for so many kittening years.

 

Also if he does show feelings then I think NH is better than NS, because neither Hinata nor Naruto has cause each other pain at any time whereas Sakura did cause Naruto pain during POAL, or LOI, but yeah it will be unbelievable

someone please explain to these people again who obviously missed it when the "wait for me" comment was in alot of the ads that what is said is omea, not sure if that's spelled right, the term naruto uses for his PEERS!!! I am sick of this overreacting....
